You were advised prior to leaving and paying any money that there would be no photos provided on the day of your tour, as Covid manufacturing issues saw us with no waterproof cameras suitable to our needs for some time (this has now been rectified). You actually received extra time on your tour as another jetski (not yours) did have a mechanical issue which was completely not forseen and was unavoidable. Management and staff have discussed the timeline of the day, and created systems in case a similar issue arises in the future. Unfortunately on your day of travel, the marine life was sparse and not acting on our commands to provide you with the show you were requesting. We do apologise for this. This customer had extra time on the jetskis, did not have any mechanical issues with their jetski, were warned about no photos to be provided prior to paying for their tour, and demanded their money back via email days later, with a promise of a poor review if we did not heed to their demands. This demand was declined, and this review is the result. One of the below 5 star reviews was provided by customers who participated on the same tour.
