Overall the tour was satisfactory. This was due not getting to see the waterfall and swimming as advertised. There was a lack of plan ‘B’ due to the heavy rain. Maybe offering poncho’s to the guests would go a long way as in the mountains it can be 10-15 degrees cooler and with rain even colder. The staff was great and some were bilingual which helped ! The tour was suppose to take 4hrs which it actually took 61/2 so don’t plan anything in the afternoon as it started an hour late as well! Again the staff were great and the owner was also very informative. Unfortunately the trip did not go as advertised

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience didn't fully meet your expectations. While we unfortunately cannot control the weather, the volcanic weather patterns can be unpredictable and differ significantly from the rest of Panama, despite our diligent checks of weather forecasts.
We regret that you weren't able to visit the waterfall due to the rain. For future reference, all our ATVs are equipped with ponchos in the glove boxes and toolboxes. We encourage guests to ask our guides for these if needed, as the mountain climate can indeed be unpredictable.
We appreciate your understanding regarding the extended tour duration, which was a direct result of the adverse weather conditions. Your safety is our top priority, and we adjusted our pace accordingly.
We're pleased to hear that you found our staff helpful and informative. Despite the weather, we hope you still had a unique and memorable experience exploring our beautiful jungle terrain.

This is (so far) the BEST atv tour I’ve ever been on. The drive through the jungle and mountains was amazing (about 90mins). The drive through Anton was scenic! Visit of the river was beautiful and refreshing. Be prepared for lots of adventure and fun!

An amazing experience throughout - we were picked up at the doorstep of our hotel and driven to bandit adventure tours where we were delayed because some of the other participants were stuck in unforseeable traffic. However instead of keeping us waiting, the crew took us on an extra tour on some trails close by, free of charge.
All in all very pleasant and thrillng with great guides!

Very fun experience, we went four guys and were met with friendly and experienced guides. Our tour was a little messed up by the other participants arriving late, but instead of keeping us waiting, they took us on a mini tour where we later linked up with the rest of the group. We experienced the thrill that the machines had to offer AND saw the Panamanian nature🇵🇦

Absolutely incredible tour, if you’re visiting Panama this is a must see. We rode ATVs through the jungle while listening to our own music over the Bluetooth speaker system. The views were breathtaking, the tour guides were very friendly, and the ATVs were quick and fun!

Cool experience very nice tour guides! It’s amazing how friendly the people who live in the areas we toured were so friendly! The local food was amazing as well! It’s worth it!

We had such a great time! The transportation they provided from Panamá City went smoothly. We felt safe at all times and our guides were very knowledgeable and patient. Super thrilling!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️this was an amazing authentic experience the owner was so accommodating. This is a unique experience my husband and I have been all around the world and love ATV’s this by far is now #1 on our list of experiences. The route takes you up the mountain, you get to see how Panamanians live. You’re literally up in the clouds and off roading. The most beautiful scenery and then you see the town built within a 300,000 year old inactive volcano. This is for sure a lifetime experience. The vehicles used are new and safe which makes them so fun to drive. You definitely get the value for your money. If you’re staying in Panama City this is a must do!

What an AMAZING experience!!!! The scenery jungle towns waterfalls and whipping through trails is something I will never forget!!!
