We booked a 2 hour sunset cruise for a colleague's retirement celebration. Everything was excellent and would definitely book again. We liked that it was BYO food & drinks and that you can head out from the canals if you wish. Highly recommend

We chose to take 14 family members aged 6 to 60+ out for a cruise with Set Sail Cruises as an alternative to physical Christmas gifts. According to our guest’s responses, ‘best choice ever’. From the moment we began loading our provisions, the Captain and Crew were fabulous! The boat was spotless and in excellent condition. There was ice in the eskies and plenty of space for our food. We’d chosen a 3 hour charter which allowed a swim in the bay just out of the harbour. Everyone had a good swim and plenty of jumping off the side of the boat. It was easy to climb back on board using the ladder off the steps. After the swim, we sailed between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore Beaches. We loved the bean bags out the front and the netted section. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the scenery including dolphins. (Not guaranteed 😎) The vessel was easy any safe to move around on with food and drinks. We made individual wrapped rolls and bite sized tartlets which meant we could eat anywhere. The weather was fabulous (again not guaranteed) and there was plenty of undercover area when the sun got too much. We were more than impressed with the vessel and the team at Set Sail Cruises and will definitely book again. We are locals to the Sunshine Coast and would highly recommend Set Sail Cruises to locals and visitors.

Rod and Rain chauffeured us out to sea and up the Mooloolaba river on this magnificent catamaran which was clean, so comfortable and we were able to byo food and drinks which kept the cost down. Would highly recommend a trip with Set Sail Cruises, Mooloolaba.

We booked the sunset cruise for our work Christmas Party. It was absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately it was too choppy for us to go out to sea, so we spent most of our time touring the canals, which was also fun. We went out of the canals for a short time and bopped around in the waves, watching a couple of dolphins putting on a show for us. The crew were very hospitable and we had a great time. We'd love to do it again and are looking at booking a daytime cruise very soon.

It was very choppy at sea so we were only able to go in the canals, nevertheless it was great ! Will be going again when our weather is better

On Sunday we spent 2 hours cruising from The Wharf Mooloolaba out towards Old Woman Island and back. We were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins along the way. I would recommend booking for 3 hours because it went way too quickly for us . All 8 of us lounged on the front of the boat which was the perfect spot to sip on a drink and snack on fresh Mooloolaba prawns (BYO food, drinks and playlist) Our skipper and host (Anthony and Lucy ) were a delight. If you have never done this I highly recommend. Best day ever and the weather was perfect. Thanks guys we will be booking again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our 2 hour cruise was fabulous from before departure until we disembarked. Clean comfortable boat with not too many passengers. We sat up on the front deck on bean bag seats. Great live music made the experience incredible. Beautiful sights as we cruised the canal. Such great value as we could byo drinks and snacks! Brian was a professional and friendly host who gave us a smooth and pleasant cruise.

Second year we have used Set Sail Cruise for a small work event and always a big hit!
Have a great time with a great captain. Definitely a fan favourite. Set Sails make it easy, communication was breeze for set-up and day of expectations. And we have a lot of freedom to choose what type of experience we want. See you again next year!

Had the most wonderful family morning on the set sail cruise. Thank you Brian 🙏🏼
We headed towards Maroochydore river then came back along the beachfront with a swim prior to the harbour entry. Throughly enjoyed our trip and hope to do it again in the new year.

We did this for my mums 60th and it was an absolutely perfect morning! Brian was so relaxed, easy to deal with and made us feel so safe at sea. The boat itself was beautiful and spacious, it was a real treat to sip champagne as we scooted around Mudjimba Island. Thank you Brian - I'll be back with my friends in the future!

Hi, BethQueensland. What would you like to know about this attraction? My husband and I are both ex-sailors and would love to book a cruise with you if you can accommodate someone with a bad back? Do you have comfortable seating available? Our skippering days are long gone but a sail around the waters of Mooloolaba sounds wonderful. What times do you sail and what is the cost? Thanks a lot

We have lounge style seating on the catamaran. You will find the catamaran very stable in fact I have heard it described as armchair sailing. We set sail at 9 am & 12:30 pm daily. The price is $30 per adult. When would you like to set sail Beth?
