Wir hatten einen Ausflug von mein Schiff 7 ans Nordkap gemacht. Mit dabei war die Aufführung im Perleporten Theater zu Beginn des Ausfluges. Die Aufführung war fantastisch. Die 4 jungen Leute hatten sehr stimmungsvoll und humorvoll mit Gesang und Sketchen das Leben in ihrer Stadt und der Region dargestellt.

Super great little performance by ambitious young artists who present their lives in the North Cape humorously and vividly! Highly recommended!

My TripAdvisor review from 2015 is on the poster for this delightful musical play put on by high school students. Sadly, they weren't doing the presentation today. They said they would have given me a free ticket for the show tomorrow. We're here for only 3 more hours. Next time I'm going to be in town, I'll make a reservation...

One of the most heart touching live, musical shows 👌🏽🇳🇴 it describe how were the ppl used to live and live in harmony with all the hard times during windy winter and summer when the sun never sets . I loved that the show was presented by young girls and boys embracing their heritage and history. It touched me deeply. My warmest thanks for all members of such an incredible team 👌🏽🙏🏽

Wer hier mal hinkommt, muss dieses Theater besuchen. Die Jungen Leute haben uns sehr fasziniert und die Gesichte von der Insel super rüber gebracht. Bei einem Act sind mir fast die Tränen gekommen. Danke für die Show, macht weiter so.

A fabulous show, all in English, capturing the joy and life of living in the northernmost city in Europe. Informative, fun, touching and uplifting. Talented young cast with excellent musical skills.

Honningsvag was smaller than we ever expected. Our cruise ship held 3700...but shocked to see two other ships there at same time. An Aida ship and a Hurtigruten ship. So we think there must have been 5500 passengers getting off. Some had booked excursions to North Cape but many hadn't. The Tourist office was packed, a massive queue but just ONE lady dealing with enquiries and selling tickets for local buses. No decent signage. Only 4 taxis in the area so it was chaos as the 2 or 3 buses got booked in no time, leaving hundreds to walk around in 7 degrees which felt like zero..on 20 June. We only walked around for 2 hours as so cold and very little to see. A few quaint houses, fishing boats and shops mainly for locals. A great let down. Norway needs to do more for the numbers of ship arrivals or refuse entry. The place just cannot handle this number of tourists.

Var innom her en ettermiddag og ble varm tatt i mot, av hyggelig og kunnskapsrik barvert. Stilig lokale med mange morsomme detaljer.Kjøpte fjøler med Nano brygget øl, som der de fleste falt i smak. Anbefales å besøke.

Sjøgata Pub har en god atmosfære, trivelig personale og et godt utvalg av drikke. Testet lokalt øl som smakte veldig godt, anbefales!

We will be traveling to Honningsvag (North Cape) next August 19, via a cruise ship. Can we be picked up at the dock, and returned to area? It is for two adults only.

Hi. It is about 10 minutes walking from the dock, but we can organize a pick-up if requested. We have not decided the dates for 2017 season yet so we do not know if we have a show on the 19th of august. However, if it is requested by the ship (or guests) we will try to put on extra show. Please send us an email if you have any further questions .We wish you a nice journey to the north:-)
