Roompot vakantiehuis op de Veluwe

Een vriendin and ik verbleven 2 weken in een Roompot huisje op de Veluwe. Het huisje van de buitenkant zag er leuk oud Hollands uit maar van binnen was het ongezellig. Alleen het hoog nodige stond er in. We hadden een huisje aan een watertje wat leuk was maar het scheen een verblijfplaats te zijn van een stuk of 10 eenden. Heel niet erg, maar je kon er niet zitten van de poep die overal lag. Er was geen tuinslang zo we konden die boel niet schoonmaken. Wel een emmer maar geen harde bezem dus dat lukte ook niet. Dus buiten zitten moesten we maar vergeten. Ook hebben we voor een handdoeken pakket betaald en daar kregen we ieder twee bad handdoekjes waarmee we het 2 weken moesten doen. En ook geen badmat dus alles was kletsnat als je uit de douche kwam. En de douche was ook niet bepaald schoon. We moesten ook een borg betalen met een credit card en toen we weer vertrokken heb ik nog speciaal gevraagd of ze alle gegevens hadden om dat terug te storten op die kaart. Ja hoor, geen probleem, het zou er in een paar dagen weer op staan. Dus niet. Heb alle bankgegevens moeten geven en nu is het twee volle maanden verder en heb het nog steeds niet teruggekregen. Ik was ook degene die steeds maar weer contact moest leggen met hun om te weten wat er aan de hand was. Ik kreeg steeds weer een ander persoon die te lui was om het uit te zoeken en kreeg een smoesje van “ja, het kan even duren”. Heb toen een klacht ingediend bij Roompot op de Internet maar daar kreeg ik ook geen resultaten. Dus hoor ik niets meer van hun en ze houden m’n geld. Je zou denken dat tegenwoordig met verschillende manieren waar je internationaal geld kan overmaken dat toch zou moeten lukken. Heb dat ook voorgesteld maar daar antwoorden ze niet op, alleen de opmerking we kunnen niet terugstorten op credit cards. Werkelijk?
Dus als we weer naar Nederland gaan verblijven we nooit meer naar de Roompot!!

Family memories in Dubai

This is now our second photo shoot in Dubai with booking through localgrapher and both experiences have been amazing. Marius and Natalia were both extremely professional and super talented. We were blown away by the photos which arrived within 48 hours. I would highly recommend booking through Localgrapher.

Pase una semana con amigos en el hotel y quiero realzar y agradecer mucho el trato de los muchachos de los bares.exelentes.atentos.con mucha paciencia y profesionalidad.que nos brindaron siempre lo mejor de ellos.en el bar del lobby .en el turno que trabaja Félix ...ese para mí es el mejor .el y el otro muchacho junto con los del bar que abre las 24 h.muchas gracias a todos por hacer de nuestras vacaciones las mejores.muchas gracias y en especial a Félix..

Honeymoon in Mallorca

Laura our photographer was so friendly! She knew all the right spots to capture the perfect pictures. We have so many great pictures that it is hard to pick a favorite! I would recommend couples try this is one of their favorite destinations!

Best of the bunch

These guys were the absolute best. They were affordable and were able to work with me on the time and location. We met at dreams Onyx where we were staying and I had my entire family as well as my extended family a total of 11 people. When we had met a tropical storm unfortunately was in the mist and it was difficult scheduling a day but they were flexible and work with me on a day unfortunately during the hour of the anticipated photo shoot a storm had come in as well for free period of time they waited until it passed with our family and we were not rushed at all. The photographers were local well-knowledged and extremely great professionals. They were friendly personable and made us all give very authentic laughs and smiles. It was a great experience. I cannot recommend them enough to yourself a favor and book with these guys. Know that your money is going to a local Artisan Community who is very good at what they do. Their service back at home would have cost 10 times more and would have been not as fulfilling as it was. Kudos to this business for being one of the best experiences of our time in Punta cana. The photos were beautiful and quickly provided with ease. There is no pressure to tip but it would mean a lot to these guys and especially at this price point consider it part of the package it is well worth it.
