Ein schönes Gebäude für ein Flagshipstore, Die Hüte super Qualität. Wir kennen diese Marke schon etwas länger und nun wollte ich mal die große Auswahl anschauen und auch mehrere Hüte kaufen. Dann kam das Erwachen in Form einer unqualifizierten, trägen Verkäuferin, die noch nicht mal in der Lage war sich mit den Kunden zu unterhalten. Ihre Worte waren: Ok & Online. Ein Unternehmen mit dieser Tradition kann es sich nicht leisten, solche Personen auf die Kunden loszulassen. Ich hätte gerne 2 oder 3 Hüte gekauft, da ich von der Qualität überzeugt bin. Wir haben nichts gekauft und uns gefühlt als wäre hier noch der Kommunismus aktiv. Schade

Была в этом магазине дважды, оба раза наткнулась на неприветливые (мягко скажем) лица, злобное отношение и желание уйти. При этом оба раза совершала покупки. Ребят, ну так нельзя. Национальная или подовая нетерпимость (я не поняла)-это неприемлемо в подобном секторе, вообще в сфере услуг.

My wife and I were staying in the apartment next door to Tonak. She was determined to buy a hat at Tonak as a momento of our trip. The shop is beautiful and has lovely hats. We went in twice. The first time was to browse and see what might suit her. The staff were the most unhelpful and disinterested we could have imagined to work in such a lovely shop. They were more interested in their iPhones. We thought perhaps we might have just got a bad day or time as it was nearly closing time. We went back a few days later this time to try on a number of hats that my wife was keen to purchase. It was a different team of staff. They were just as terrible. We bought a hat as they really are beautiful. If I was the owner I would find new staff to protect the reputation of such a beautiful shop and historic brand.

Замечательный шляпный бутик в центре Праги. Большой выбор моделей качественных головных уборов на любой вкус и кошелек. Очень доброжелательные продавцы-консультанты посоветуют ,помогут с выбором модели.
Думаю,без покупки никто не уйдет. Обязательно вернусь при следующей поездке в Прагу.

We went to buy a hat we had seen online. We were the only customers in the shop. The female shop assistant was so rude, unhelpful and unfriendly that we left. We will never return.

Магазин маленький, шляпы одного типа с широкими полями, но разных цветов. Может быть я что-то не понимаю, но это совсем не то, что мне хотелось. Надежды не оправдались.

Was looking for a replacement for my old fur-felt fedora. Read online all the long history of this world famous milliner. Well, the two young women at the shop counter could not have been more listless, bored and uninterested in my, and my partners presence (we were the only ones in their shop). The larger dark-haired woman, barely listened to my requests - passed a couple of hats from their walls, and when I asked for ones in my size - said she would get it later as she'd have to walk down the stairs to retrieve each one. I thought this was the reason of her employment there. Somewhat stunned I ask how I was supposed to buy anything from them without ensuring they fit me. She did not even answer me, while her co-worker started into space.
I'm aware their English did not seem good (based on the little she said to us). However they are supposedly working for a high-end, historical hat company in one of the busiest international tourist cities in Europe. Speaking fluent English should be a requirement for their job.
We did not waste anymore time being stonewalled and ignored by these useless sales-women, for selling was the last thing on whatever was floating through mind their mind. They functioned like dysfunctional android 'Hosts' from WestWorld that would have been sent back to the labs for repair, or recycling. They lost their employer 1, possibly 2 sales. Thank god for Bella Hats in Prague!

Bought a rabbit felt fedora. Nice hat in the mid range bracket. Good value for money, which combined with the feel-good factor of buying a locally made product from a long established company makes for a good purchase.
We had been in the shop a couple of months before, but having not received a warm welcome, we didn’t stick around to inspect the hats on offer. But this time around, we were greeted cordially, which this lead us to enquire further about Tonak hats, try several on, and ultimately buy one.
Happy with our purchase, we will certainly be back for a couple more.

Знала зачем иду. Цены высоковаты( опять же смотря для кого)- но персонал -это что-то. Продавец оттолкнула меня палкой,сказав-ваше место тут, здесь мое. Я не говорю по-чешски, на меня 20 минут просто не обращали внимания, зато гламурную чешку облизывали со всех сторон.мой супруг предложил уйти. Но шляпу я купила, а она нет. Выбор головных уборов хорош.

Магазин расположен напротив Еврейского музея. Два этажа шляпок, выбор достаточно большой, правда, шляпка мечты оказалась не по карману, но и без покупки не ушла. Персонал приветливый, помогают подобрать подходящий цвет, размер.

We are coming to Prague in 2 weeks. My husband likes to buy a nice cap to start each vacation. He bought a British driving cap in London and a Greek fisherman's cap in Athens. Looking for something similar -- perhaps a fiddler's cap. Suggestions?

there's a plenty of hats, capst and other headwear in our Prague Flagship store. Just visit by and choose sumething traditional. If I can suggest, try "zmijovka" - a big comeback hit of this winter, search it on the web :-)
It's traditional, warm and suprisingly stylish, plus it costs only 10 EUR.
