Great swimming complex, poor customer service.

We visited as two families with 7 year old children. The complex is very modern and laid out well including having a lift. Unfortunately the member of staff serving (Małgosia) was very rude. After being kept waiting for 8 minutes we politely requested to be served, however we were rudely told that we had to wait as she was dealing with customers exiting the facility. A further 6 minutes passed before we were served (14 minutes it total which s a very long time when no one else is waiting) and the lady was very blunt and obviously having a bad day.

Once we entered the swimming area we were very impressed. There were so many things for everyone from sauna, jacuzzis, slides, lane swimming and a flowing river like attraction to name a few.

We could have spent hours in there and will definitely go back. If the customer service was better we would have gave it 5/5 easily, however that let it down, hence 4/5.
