So much fun, relaxing and a truly unique experience. We soak in the warm water mixed with hop, salt , yeast and herb mixtures ,which is inside wooden barrel-like tubs. there is a built-in tap right above the bath so you can sip on some brews while you soak. Very clean facilities and attentive staff. Couldn’t recommend more.

We each had our own bath and a private screened in room. Unlimited beer on tap but I think it was non-alcholic. The bath left our skin silky smooth.

I went to the Beer Spa with my son to celebrate his birthday. The Manager brought a Birthday Hat for him and we took some pictures.
The spa was a nice and clean.
We enjoyed 45 minutes of soaking in the beer tub drinking beer. Fun and a memorable day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the beer spa. My husband was a bit sceptical about it, but we both really enjoyed it, and it was really relaxing after all the steps we had done in Europe. The beer was also great quality!

We got fantastic help from Thermal beerspa with our Reservation. We had already booked a private spa experience at Szechenyi and thus already had the entry, but after email contact with beerspa they settled a separate Reservation without admission to the bath cheaper which was great. Had a great experience - the staff are nice and explain the whole bathing procession and there is free access to the beer pin. In addition, some snacks were offered.
Had without problems been able to book a longer sitting, but am so happy!
39,000 forint for two people in the same bath, or ~22,000 forint for your own hot tub with one person in it. You got plenty of space two in one barrel. Highly recommended!

Look, I loved the beer spa part. So nice chilling in a bath with personal beer on tap… amazing experience.
Coming from South Africa, with the luxury of a lot of pools, resorts and beaches, the thermal baths didn’t really appeal to me as much. It was also sooooo hot that day that finding shade was close to impossible.
And no “pools” colder than like 30 degrees, which would’ve been nice to just cool off.
I did however love the private locker and being able to move around as I wished. Worth it, but super busy. Not a lot of “space”.

The ice bath experience at Budapest's oldest spa was amazing, thanks to the precise cooling from this unit. The staff provided excellent prep and guidance, making the plunge both safe and invigorating. Inspired by this experience, I ordered a PolarBath.com Chiller Pro for home use and now enjoy ice baths twice a week.

Scandalous!
We purchased 3 packages.
On the day of August, unfortunately there was a lot of traffic and we were stuck with the taxi. We arrived only half an hour later and were denied entry! Despite closing time being at 7pm. It was enough just to make us do half an hour to use the service.
He also denied us entry to the spa! That closed 4 hours later!
So to get in we had to repair a double ticket!
Unkind staff.
They bounced us in different areas of the facility.
In a rude tone!
They didn't even give us a partial refund!
I will try to claim compensation with consumer association.

Nice experience the Beer Spa, really a nice and special thing.
Plus it's good for the skin leaves it really smooth.
As for the Széchenyi bathrooms I thought better, very crowded and I thought they were much bigger. Maybe in winter it is more suggestive. Overall however a nice day

Booking was easy direct with Thermal Beer Spa.
On arrival staff were so friendly and walked us through what would happen on the day, which for us meant we we got to Bath's first and then to Beer Spa.
Member of staff showing us how to us our locker and where we needed to be for the Beer Spa.
Baths were good to experience, with lots o people visiting them.
When we arrived at Beer Spa we were shown what would be in the Spa and then given two baths and Beer Pump.
The Beer Spa was great way to spend an hour with the benefits of getting access to the baths.

Hi, looking to come Budapest next year and considering my husband loves a beer this beer spa would b ideal… I have noticed there are 2 beer spa’s. So just a few questions: What one is better? Best way to book? Need to take own towel and shoes? Is there places to store belongings? Any advice would be great thank you

Yes, the Beerspa is free for kids. We provide non alcoholic malt drinks to them. The BeerSpa is a lot's of fun even without the beer. Kids tend to enjoy it a lot also.

As long as you know where you are going, if you get there 10-15 minutes early that'll be time to pay, get the quick rundown and stow your stuff in a locker or cabana if need be! That said, your beer spa ticket gets you entrance to ALL the baths, so you can go as early as you'd like and meander around until your appointment! :)

Can anyone advise on the hygiene of the beer spa?
Booked combi tickets for Saturday and now just been told not to go to the baths because you can get unwell.
Are the beer spas run separately do I need to be concerned about hygiene we obviously don't want to get unwell.

Not at all but I would recommend them, lots of people going around both inside and out. Flip flops and towels are the only things you want in the spa. Everything else should be locked away.

Hi. Can you confirm that it is just water and natural beer ingredients? The website mentions herbal scent and I am hoping it is from the ingredients. Just want to check it is not a chemical scent because I am allergic to perfume. There is no email address on their website to contact and ask. Thanks
