No they are not, they are trying to keep people’s money and only offering the chance to rebook at another period when they know the majority of people will not be able to take up that offer as they were only travelling to Budapest at a certain period. I have been emailing them and they have told me to complain to the European Consumer Center which I just have so I suggest you and anyone else effected do the same. I also suggest you get on social media etc and make your case known as I don’t see why this company should profit from a global pandemic.
