We booked a two-day course for our son. Due to the weather, a lesson in the afternoon had to be canceled, but was easily postponed to the next day. Filip as a teacher was great. He took a lot of time, explained and patiently repeated every lesson that didn't work straight away. He also adapted flexibly to our son's ability and progress.
Renting the equipment was also super uncomplicated and accommodating. My wife's shoes were replaced after the first day without any problems.
This is how I imagine service and friendliness. Rarely have we seen such a competent team.
Absolute recommendation.

I booked 5 days of private snowboard lessons for my daughter and we were thrilled. On the first day she stood on the board for the very first time and on the last day she was able to ski down blue and red slopes on her own. Compliments especially to your instructor Adam. He was patient, funny and charmingly determined.
We particularly appreciated the service of bringing and picking up to and from the slopes with the Snowmonkey taxi. All the staff were always very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely recommend Snowmonkey!

Had an amazing time. Staff are very approachable and easy to talk to. I did a 1 on 1 skiing lesson wing Ondra and he was very helpful and was very nice throughout the entire lesson. Hoping to be there again next year.

This is a hidden gem of a ski area and SnowMonkey made it even more wonderful. I am an experienced snowboarder. My instructor was Tereza, just a brilliant boarder! She knew all my classic mistakes after a single slope and then Tereza proceeded to teach me skills to help get rid of those bad habits. By the end of just two days, my posture, my carving, and my jump preparation was better. With the bonus that she added a few more tricks to my score card - tail press 180 switch, boardslides on level boxes and rainbows, layback tail press and so much more. For my toddler son, Jenda was his instructor. My son had done one week in France last year and was not happy about going skiing again, and could not ski alone yet. With Jenda, in two days he was skiing alone and just about completing turns on blue runs and just loving skiing! He would say 'cummon let's go! You are taking too long!' What a wonderful experience for us both. I am so happy with our holiday.

We booked a three-day ski course for our two five-year-old daughters. The ski instructor on the first day was different from the one on the other two days. The two communicated with each other so that the transition was seamless the next day. The ski instructor, Jenda S., was motivated, patient and enthusiastic and our girls loved the course. They made huge progress within a short time. The process went smoothly too. We'd be happy to do it again!!!

We rented ski and snowboard equipment at a very fair price, the young and competent staff gave us perfect advice and were always courteous and friendly. We would definitely recommend the excellent snowboard lesson with Adam, who spoke very good German and imparted the necessary know-how with a lot of positive motivation and fun.

The best ski school, and we have used several. Of all the teachers, Janek J. is the best, my daughter loves lessons with him.

We had a very good experience with the SnowMonkey team in Spindlermühle. The snowboards and accessories for the kids were of very good quality, functional and the advice when renting them was great! We had two teachers who accompanied us for four days, Jitkq and Adam explained snowboarding to us perfectly, and we were already on the mountain on the second day. After the fourth day we had the basics down. Communication was great, both teachers spoke very good German, which was an advantage for the kids. Adam was able to inspire the kids with jumps and snowboard tricks when they were lacking motivation, which we found very positive, thank you for that! The SnowMonkey Spindlermühle team was also very flexible in all matters, spontaneous and always friendly, a really cool team and definitely recommended. Despite the moderate weather, we had a great time thanks to them!

Dear team,
I would like to share my enthusiasm for Ella's ski instructor Matêj. Ella was impressed by his competence, child-friendliness and kindness. Matêj skilfully took away Ella's fears when skiing, so that she not only conquered the slopes safely, but also had a lot of fun. Ella is so enthusiastic that she definitely wants to be taught by Matêj again next year. His good knowledge of German also contributes to a positive learning experience.
