Flew into Matinicus Island on business. The people were very friendly and helpful. Visited the school which was very nice. The airport is the link to the mainland. The shores were beautiful and it was interesting to walk/ride around the island. I don't think there were any restaurants on the island, but I heard there is a nice bakery during the season.
