sky zone is my favorite place for my mom to bring me and if you get a pass it is even better martyrdom they give you you can keep but we always lose them my sister and I. -~-
Overall sky zone is the best place for birthday parties, meet ups, and so much more things and it's even better if it's your first time!!!👍👍👍

Took 2 and a half year nephew for toddler time at sky zone. It's 5 dollars for an hour of toddler time. Which is good because he wouldn't get knocked around by the bigger kids. Staff was super friendly and we had a great time. He loved the foam pit!

Had a birthday party here for my 12 yr old son recently. The kids really had a good time on the various trampolines. There is a variety of trampolines to use. Our favorite was Trampoline Dodge Ball..playing dodge ball against another team while bouncing on trampolines..good work out and fun. I loved it and got in the act as well. They have a separate dodge ball for young kids, ..as the game can get competitive and aggressive as the other team is trying to hit you with the ball. There is an open trampoline area where one person at a time can jump on the trampoline I liked that area..but all the kids wanted to do was Dodge ball.. They also have some game areas like making a basketball shot from a trampoline.. If you are an active adult in good health..you will have a great time jumping with the kids..otherwise there are lots of places to sit and watch the kids have fun. They have a snack bar and some arcade games as well. The staff was friendly and the party package including trampoline jump time at a discount. The place was clean as well and easy to get to. They don't make the pizza there..so I had to have an exact headcount several days before the party. Didn't like that because I wanted to buy an extra pizza for extra parents that decided to stay and I couldn't order more food.
They have discounts on late night jumping..so I would recommend doing that on a weekend..nice family atmosphere..

We went to the Trampoline Park and it was $15 per person (with free socks) who was going to jump in the Park. The Park was basically made up of a foam pit and three separate sections for jumping with a few video games for entertainment not a very big area. Our group was prepared to leave after the first 30 minutes. It was okay but not something the kids would want to visit again and not something the adults would like to shed out $15 for again.

I was invited to a birthday party for my daughters classmate. (He was turning 7) When we arrived a group of approx. 25 parents and kids were off to the side with question marks in their eyes. I went up to a check in station and easily checked us in with the party. Unfortunately, our party hostess (paying customer of the party) was extremely upset due to the miscommunication of the price for the event. After we checked in, we were "on our own" so to speak...(I was under the impression that if you book a party, the host from the facility kept the kids all together in a group at least)
The guests (kids) all go their own ways...nothing in a group, or a leader (party host from SZ) or anything. When the time came for cake, they made an announcement to all meet in the party room. They needed more then 1 person to serve the pizza, cake and drinks. The adults were standing around, it seemed unorganized and the whole group of us seemed "out of control" not knowing what was happening.
It seemed to lack a timeline of when things were taking place, where the kids (birthday boy) were and how long we had to jump. I felt bad for my friend who was trying to hold it together emotionally. The additional cost that she was not expecting was significant. Overall, a horrible experience for her and for that I have to review this party experience as "Terrible"

Went to the night glow jump. A little bit over crowded but not everyone was jumping. Their was a DJ playing music. He was good but pretty loud couldn't talk even if next to the person ear. But still had fun doing things you don't do everyday.

If you are considering hosting an event here - DON’T!!!!!!!!!
I called t on April 8 to arrange my son’s birthday party for April 22. They were nice and gladly took a 50% deposit for the event and sent an confirmation email promptly along with a date indicating the last day to cancel.
Unfortunately, all of the people we invited for the event could not make it for that day so I had to cancel with them.
I called on April 16, the last day of the refundable cancellation, at 10:37am and left a message stating the need to cancel with my name and phone number. A few hours went by and they haven’t called me back so I called them again at 3:23pm. Again, no one picked up and I had to leave another message stating yet again my need for cancelling and specifically asked someone to call me back. Since April 16 was Easter Sunday, I thought they might be closed for the holiday that’s why no one called me back. Due to work, I was not able to call them back again till 3 days later. In part I thought they were closed on Easter Sunday and they might call me back on Monday. Finally, I got to talk to a live person about the issue. I stated clearly that I called twice and left messages on Sunday to cancel but no one called me back. Their response was that I never called and left a message and that the last day to cancel was a day earlier than what the email stated so I couldn’t cancel the event. I was furious. They told me the only person that could help me was the manager and of course they were not available. They were to call me back but a day has already passed and still no response.
I contacted my credit card company today and disputed the charge and miraculously and hour later, SkyZone calls me that they now want to resolve the issue. This isn’t how customer service should work. If they had handled this issue differently, I might not have such negative feelings about their company. I will never book another event through them nor can I recommend them to any of my friends.

My son loves going here and for the price it isn't a bad value! I would highly recommend jumping with and enjoying the time with your kids. Bring some of their friends and let them tire themselves out for a couple hours.

Fantastic place for kids to work off a bit of energy, especially as it's getting cooler now. Not too expensive especially if you go for the multi-visit bundles - as we live close we will definitely use them. Not too much for mums and dads to do unless you are feeling youthful and fancy a bounce yourself. So yes, I will be taking a book next time! Oh, and don't forget to keep the socks for next time!
