Beyond my food showing up an hour late (and to have it lukewarm,) the sound quality in the theatre was awful. The seats had broken armrests and the patronage was awful. Had a couple sitting behind me talk, giggle, and laugh all the way through a 2 hour movie. With an 1.5 hour drive to see this movie and with the entire tab being $60 for 1x person (b/w the movie and food/drink), I’d recommend going elsewhere. My night was thoroughly wasted.

This place is a joke. DO NOT COME HERE. There is no reason this place should be called "Dine In Theatre" when they close everything at 830 pm. I went with a few people to a 730 showing of the Batman and after 30 minutes of previews and another wasted 30 minutes due to projector malfunction, the movie started right before 830. We then figured order some snacks and drinks but EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED. They close 15 minutes after the movie showtime (or in this case 15 minutes prior)
We were offered 8 oz paper cups for tap water and told " I don't make the rules"
We had to watch a 3 hour movie we paid close to $100 to see sipping on lukewarm tap water. Total CRAP
I WILL NEVER GO TO AN AMC AGAIN. NO WONDER MOVIE THEATRES RAE FAILING. I'LL JUST WAIT TIL I CAN WATCH IT AT HOME NEXT TIME.

This theatre is horrible. They are out of every item made with grilled chicken at 1pm in the afternoon. You order at a counter instead of at your seat. They do deliver your food, but typically you order at your seat when you go to a dine in theatre. I didn't order any food, but the waitress delivered my friend's food to me and took my receipt even though I told her that I didn't order anything. She also dropped my friend's silverware on my table. Very rude. The seats are very small. If you are a woman larger than size 16, you will be uncomfortable in the seats. Not the typical large comfy seats found in other theatres. So many better options. If you want a real dine-in theater go to the Movie Tavern.

The lobby was clean, however the service at the food concession was not good. No containers for popcorn, popcorn was old and would not make fresh, 830 movie, and would not make more? no butter in containers where you can add butter to the popcorn. Ice out on soda machines. Bathrooms where filthy. Theater, not clean when entered to find seats. Speakers crackled at top of theater. Not a good experience for the money paid to see a movie and have concession snacks.

Went to movie today to see Knives Out. Had line outside to get tix. Machines did not work. When trying to select seats, hard time seeing screen through glare on glass. Poorly organized. Will not come back.

What a train wreck today at what used to be my favorite AMC theatre. After today I’m going to cancel my AMC A-List
Membership!
Dirty, understaffed, long waits for everything. Just close the doors, because I just can’t handle this sh**.

I don’t know why the other reviews but my experience was great. I ordered the chicken tenders and churros. The food is really good in a friendly atmosphere. Food is delivered to you in your seat. The food quality and service is great, the latest movies are playing. Give yourself time to get your food and enjoy it before the movie.

I thought that being in Alpharetta, the AMC would have a greater standard, I was wrong. As my wife and I went to watch the Lion King movie, the employee handed my wife DIRTY 3D glasses and tried to hand me DIRTY glasses that he picked out of this bracket he had out at the entrance. My wife complained and the female customer in front of us complained about food on the glasses that he handed to her. This employee needs to pay more attention to what he’s doing and having an attitude when customers complain does not help his situation. Why are the glasses not packaged and clean everyone who entered was complaining about the dirty glasses. This is not acceptable, I will not be patronizing this AMC location. I will stick to my Phillips location in Buckhead where the seats recline not rock back and forth. Management needs to address these shortcomings, this is bad for your brand.

It's a nice theater with plenty to offer for all ages. The chairs inside the theaters have plenty of leg room and there really isn't a bad seat in the house.

I haven’t been to many dine in theaters, but found this disappointing. First the tickets are expensive at over $20. We were in auditorium one, which I assume (maybe incorrectly) that this would be the better of the auditoriums. If the others are better suited, then this review will only apply to the first auditorium.
Second, there is no table for you to manage food. Eating wings with a Single serving bowl and no place to manage a sauce for dipping and then where to put bones is a challenge. I also had pretzel slices and the same thing - it comes with a sweet and cheese sauce - it was a constant balancing act to manage this in the little cardboard serving bowl they give you. If you order more than one item there is no practical way to manage both as you have to hold everything in your hands. This is quite awkward.
Third, the aisle space is very narrow. It is almost comical when a server comes and need to deliver food to someone in a center seat. Really strange if you already have food in your lap and hands and then need to make room for a server to get down the aisle.
Lastly the seats are a bit disappointing. Newer theaters now have much more space and nicer seats. These rock, which is fine for watching the movie, but awkward for try to eat anything substantial and manage the act.
The positive - nice bar and can have a beer.
In short, not a good theater for dining. IMAX is great and I would find a straight imax theater with better seats.
Will explore other dine in theaters and other straight imax options before returning.
If I had to do it again, would look elsewhere as the overall experience was lacking. Too bad - as it could be really nice if dine well with proper chairs and more space in the aisles.
