I have been to the Roswell, Milton and Alpharetta location. Alpharetta has become my favorite of all 3. It's the largest & nicest location with a wider beverage selection that includes coffee drinks from a glass mug or tea in a fancy tea cup to enjoy while being pampered! Staff was attentive and with a smile. If you are going for the experience - this is the place to go! In general if you are looking to have great nails done (anywhere), results depend on the nail technician. If you have 20 nail techs-results will vary. Just as you do your hair stylist, find your nail tech and stick with them! This was my first visit to the Alpharetta location, The last one I had was great! I have had my gel mani for 3 weeks now and it still looks fabulous! Of course I forgot his name but thankfully their computer system keeps record of who your nail technician was. Would highly recommend!

Everyone was very kind. I was offered a bottle of water, and I wanted to write a positive review, but after having had manicures for many, many years, in many, many countries, I have to say that this was the worst manicure I've EVER had. It was rushed and I left with my nails looking and feeling worse than when I came in.

Disappointed in this nail salon. The staff seemed to be annoyed when I arrived for a pedicure. Not exactly a relaxing experience. There are other options in the area with better service. Probably won't be back.

I've been to Bluegrass Day Spa in Roswell, GA on several occasions. The last two have been disastrous. Upon the first bad experience my nails did not even last a couple of days before chipping, lifting, and cracking. I went back to have them fix them. The front desk was polite. My nail tech "fixed" my nails, and also gave me mismatching lengths, and beveled sides!!After pointing out the disregard for my preference he just stared at me with annoyance. They still charged me full price to fix the crap nails prior!!! The nails he fixed didn't even last one freakin day!!!
I went to another salon where the technician saw the poor quality product and workmanship, and had to remove them all (quite easily since the product was cheap) and start anew. My nails are now beautiful, to my desire and specification, strong, and have not had any issues.
With Bluegrass you only pay for an atmosphere to distract from the poor quality.

I love this place. It is the same price as nearby nail salons, but they have really went above and beyond with their décor and it is such a comfortable setting. They offer all kinds of services other than just nails. The staff is very friendly and they offer you tea or coffee if you want to relax. I go here to relax and catch up on the gossip mags....
