I was so incredibly excited about this trip as it seemed like the perfect compromise for my husband and I on our honeymoon. Manatees and jet skis. W arrived at the dock advertised only to learn from a phone call that we’d met at the wrong place. We drove to the correct meeting point and our tour guide was not only late, but unaware of the tour we had paid for. He left to get supplies and returned. We then got on the jet skis and flipped over. We headed out…./ got to we were supposed to find manatees and did not; but also barely got to snorkel due to my husbands (provided) snorkeling equipment malfunctioning. He traded with the guide, but we obviously had to return to the boat. We went to Caye Caulker and I tried to-feed the tarpon which was cool. (The guide treated this as an extra even though it’s in the tour description). We went back to ambergris Caye and were rind to follow the boat. Luckily my husband was paying attention because the boat crashed into the trees.

This was an amazing experience and I would absolutely recommend! They even take videos for you. They are very knowledgeable about the islands and it was absolutely beautiful!!

Too much fun! We used this group for a parasail in May 2022. It was fantastic. Came back in November for a snorkel, manatee, feed the tarpons and parasail adventure. This did not disappoint. Kevin is funny and knows his stuff as he has been conducting parasails for close to 20 years. Fish was a great boat captain and snorkel guide. Had a wonderful time seeing the manatees. Want to do this one again!!

Brian at Castaway Caye was amazing to work with. On the 1st excursion, we explored the XUNANTUNICH MAYAN RUINS with our fantastic tour guide, Charlie. Its a 2-hour journey from Belize City, but snacks and a stop or two makes the time fly. The Ruins had a mystical vibe, and we even witnessed a yoga session on the eastern point. We then traveled an hour back towards Belize City for MAYAN XIBALBA CAVE TUBING. Charlie was so knowledgeable throughout our trip, showering our group with rich education of the Belizean Country-side and it’s people. We ended the day Zip-lining over the Belizean jungle. Oh, the laughter from “hot incomings” and short zips we had.
Our 2nd excursion was with Kevin and Eli. They took us to the “honey hole” marked by a buoy. I’ve been around guides, and let’s just say, they’re the life of the party. Once stationary, Kevin and Eli baited the rods and gave simple instructions on how to fish. Before we knew it, we caught two-days worth of delicious Caribbean fish. Afterwords, we went island hoping and shopping.
In closing, the entire experience was professional and truly amazing. We will certainly be back, and can’t wait to do it all again in 2024!

Castaway Caye always delivers the greatest time! Just like last year, the Island Hopping Jet Ski Tour was fabulous!
Tour expert Francis was incredible, again, and the day was picture postcard perfect. Machines ran great and “no one” on Ambergris is a better Guide than Francis. My family has been coming to Ambergris Caye since 2017 and we overjoyed when we found Castaway Tours. Their snorkel/Caye Caulker/fishing/ barbecue tours have all be perfect and my wife and four teens/twenties children absolutely love the adventures and guides. Thanks for another unforgettable adventure on the islands!!

Kevin was amazing and very accommodating would recommend to anyone visiting Belize and wanting to do jetskis! We had alot of fun!

Great time parasailing and jet skiing. They were very accommodating to all our little requests and even anticipated we might want to do multiple jet skis instead of the 1 we booked so when we changed our mind last second they were already ready!

Absolutely fantastic! We did the Island Hooper Jet Ski tour and I can not recommend it enough. The staff was amazing and the experience was one for the books which we’ll never forget!

We were so excited to get on the jet skis but they had to has gas them up which ate into our time and then the jet skis kept breaking down. We ended up with only a little time at each island because we spent over 1.5hrs waiting for it to be fixed at secret beach. We also ended up paying for your guide lunch without knowing we were going to be. The amount of time the jet ski broke down was equal to like a full 1hr. So we tour time was suppose to be 11am-2pm but we went 11:30am-3:30pm. So our 3hrs became 4hrs minus 1hr for jet ski kept breaking down in ocean and then 1.5hrs for fixing jet ski at secret beach so we really only got 1.5hrs of jet ski time. We actually paid $700 plus tour guide lunch. I would not recommend this tour.

During my week in Belize, I’d say the jet skis and boat were the best and most fun part!! At the beginning of our rental, there was a little bad weather, but that didn’t matter at all!! The staff was so funny and accommodating, so we waited out the rain and got back on the water for a memorable day! We got to see amazing views of the island and spend the entire day I’m beautiful blue waters!

The flights last between 15 and 20 minutes depending on conditions. We have the most experienced flight crew in the country so safety is always first(Captain Jimmy and his first mate have more than 15 years under their belts). The entire trip on the boat is anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on how many people are flying. Each trip also includes complimentary rum punch and soft drinks.

I'm sure that Norwegian will have plenty of activities on their new island, but you'll also be able to find great activities in Placencia, which is a short water taxi ride from Harvest Caye. If you have time, Placencia is well worth it!

They are open. They aren't a water park, but they do have fun activities like parasailing, banana boat, jet ski. They're an excellent operation, located at Wet Willie's dock. There's a very good restaurant on the dock as well with beautiful turquoise water for swimming and snorkeling.
