We visited recently based on other TripAdvisor reviews and this place did not disappoint! They have such a great selection of products - paintings, screen prints, jewelry, wood carvings, magnets and more. It is absolutely worth the visit if you are looking to bring something local home with you.

Lots of local painting and local art work sculptures and such. But found it very high pressure salesy. We should interest in one painting and then got pushed to look at every size and shape of that same scene. All we did was say "Isn't that lovely". So never really got to take in the whole place and what they had on offer.

Nothing out of the ordinary here. Inflated reviews. Recommend the Artisan's Market, which is on Middle Street, I believe. Was recommended by the concierge at our inn. I suspect, but don't know for sure, that more of your money goes directly to the artisans.

There is a lot of beautiful original art available in the two shops. If I had space I would have left with a couple canvases. Instead, I purchased a couple prints that could fit in my carry-on.

Really beautiful hand crafted arts, great prices as well. You can get the art shipped to the US in a protected tube if that helps and they take VISA.

We come here every year and this is one stop we always make. It can be tough to get away from all the same tourist trinkets you see in every country you busy just with a different name on it. Here you will find all local art, big and small, just a perfect place to ding a true local gift.

An absolutely lovely selection of work from local artists. Everything from paintings, to handicrafts, to textiles. The owner is a UK expat by way of the US and very gracious. If you want a six-foot long airbrush of the reef? Get it here. If you want a beautiful oil painting of San Pedro street life? Get it here. Scarves, framed butterfly wings, or jewelry from local artists? Get it here.

One of my few souvenirs I like to get while on vacation is local artwork. The gallery I've purchased from before in San Pedro had closed down, so I wondered into this one with high hopes - and I wasn't disappointed! The selection was incredible and the staff was super helpful and excited for me. I love the piece I came home with and can't wait to get it framed!

We stopped by during our visit in San Pedro. Really incredible selection of gorgeous paintings and art from local artists. Only note is that it’s definitely a little pricey and although they do offer roll up of all canvas purchases for travel as two people who aren’t super familiar with the canvas re-stretch process that felt a little intimidating in terms of actually purchasing anything. Wish they had some shipping options!

We really enjoyed looking around this beautiful shop and couldn't resist buying a couple of paintings and some other pieces of original art. Prices were very reasonable, and the quality was overall very high. The selection was really nice, ranging from inexpensive, hand-made jewelry or hand-painted wooden fish, to expensive, high-quality wooden masks, paintings, and other handcrafts. This is a great place to buy a beautiful work of art to remember your trip to Belize.

If I purchase something there could it be shipped back to the U.S.? Is the merchandise made of wood treated so that it would be allowed back to the U.S.? Thanks.

The wooden merchandise we sell is not treated. We have never heard of there being any problems going through Customs in the U.S. We have been selling and shipping wood for 30 years. We do ship paintings rolled up and wooden bowls. However if we consider the wooden piece is too delicate we would not ship. If you write to us we can send you images of what we currently have for sale,
