I traveled to Belize on the NCL Pearl and found them on TripAdvisor prior to our trip! They took our reservation online and we paid when we got there. What a great tour! Rico and Chris were very informative about the area and made sure our drinks were always full!!! We stopped at a park and had the local food! The woman running the small food hut were great! They were friendly and helpful with our choices! Prices were great! It was not a tourist trap, just local people making a living and enjoying meeting people. The music was great on the bus and if you don't want to pedal you don't have too. You don't have to be in shape to enjoy this great tour!! Thanks Rico and Chris!

I traveled to Belize for a vacation to visit family and my sister recommend I take a tour. I enjoy the occasional drink (being a college student it comes with the territory), so I took her advice. From the moment I signed up working with the staff I knew this was going to be amazing. Each of the people at the desk and on the tour were energetic and ready to have fun. They made it a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. They serve local COLD beers (and they are so good) plus mixed drinks to order (and yes they are very generous with the liquor so be ready for that). For those that don't drink they offer a reduced rate with soda and other drinks and you can have the same great tour. They took us out of the port and to the Waters edge where we looked at the beautiful scenery and building in the area. Stopping at a local BTL park to get food and stop to take pictures. Overall a beautiful and enjoyable, most importantly relaxing tour.

Second time enjoying the Sit & Sip! We loved it and had so much fun! The drinks are great the guys make you have a great time! They meet you right at the port when you get off the tender boat and take you on a fun tour of Belize where you’ll make a stop at a park to get a bite to eat. We won’t do anything else in Belize. If you haven’t booked this yet your missing out on a great time!

Sit n Sip offered us both non alcoholic packages and alcoholic, so if you don't drink or have teenagers, you can still enjoy this tour. The vechile is an open air pedal bike and they encourage everyone to pedal to make it fun. Well, that's what I thought...you actually have to pedal to fuel the energy. I was pregnant at the time so I was totally lazy. I was with my teenage nephew to show him around the city (as I used to live there) and he had an awesome time. They let him "DJ" his "cool" music and since he was over the drinking age in that country the guys gave him a little "something-something" lol. A great time was had by all.

My friend and I booked them for Friday night only for them to cancel less than 48 hours in advance. They then had the audacity to just re-book us for a Tuesday the next week (a date we were no longer in Belize City). Poor communication and bad attitude. Avoid.
BTW their policy is listed below:
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notified 30 days, equal to or greater than, to the date of your booked Tour will result in Full Refund.
Cancellation notified 14 days, equal to or greater than, to the date of your booked Tour will result in 50% of payment being refunded.
Cancellation notified 7 days, equal to or less than, the date of your booked at Tour Company – No Refund

Belize is a BEAUTIFUL country and I’m so glad my S/O and I stumbled on the Sit and Sip Pedal tour after getting off the cruise ship 3/29. We didn’t have any excursions planned and just wanted to explore the city after finding out the zoo prices were steep. Our hosts were AWESOME! I think their names were Chris and AJ. They were both hilarious, full of good stories and historical anecdotes about Belize. The drinks were delicious and we especially enjoyed the music they played. I definitely recommend checking out the tours and when we come back to Belize, my boyfriend and I plan on going on another tour- both day and night! Thanks for a memorable time in a beautiful country.

WE had a large group of friends on the cruise and planned to do this together. It was a BLAST! AJ and RJ made the trip around Belize City informative, fun, and entertaining. They were personable, had cold local beer and 3 kinds of rum, all of which they shared VERY WILLINGLY with us. We knew we were rolling when the rum shots started! Good thing we could walk crookedly back to the dock and didn't have to drive! We really tried to drink all their beer! If we had another 10 minutes I think we could have accomplished our goal. Lots of fun with a group of friends!

12 of us took the Sit and Sip bicycle bar trip while on a cruise. It was the most fun of about anything we did off the ship. Our bartender and driver were excellent and hilarious. They were knowledgeable about the area and most importantly kept the drinks flowing. This trip was as advertised and would recommend for groups. Because we had 12 friends together it made it a lot of fun. Highly recommend

The lounge itself is really nice and for the most part the atmosphere seems safe but I've been there at least a dozen times and there's always a point in the night when the MC makes homophobic remarks. I'm all for freedom of speech but let's tone it down on the homophobia. That's my only problem woth that place.

Aj Chris Rj and Sol we're amazing. With no idea of what to do when we got off the ship the persistence of RJ and his enthusiasm got us to the bike. Aj
gave us a MTV cribs tour of the bike Chris our bartender kept the drinks coming along with the knowledge and made drink accordingly (I asked for strong he made strong)l and Sol did an amazing job as our driver and tour guide. Best decision EVER!!!

What is the cost of the sit & sip? How do you book it? What type of drinks do they serve on it - rum and coke or just rum punch or beer? How long are you on it? Safe to do when you are just stopped for the day on your cruise ship - as in, no issues getting back in time to the ship

I don't recall the price but it was the best time we had on our cruise. No problem getting back to the ship. All kinds of drinks were available. Sorry I just saw this as we have been in the middle of moving. Highly recommend!

I'm sure you'll get vodka. Send them an e-mail requesting Vodka and they'll do their best to provide it. I requested coconut rum and they supplied it on the tour.
