Sera was so professional and she is a gifted yoga instructor. The studio is a nice space and easy to find in San Ignacio. There were three attendees for an evening class and she made it a wonderful experience.

Full Lotus is a real gift. As someone who lives in town I am grateful to the yoga classes and general vibe of the studio. Sera is an awesome yoga teacher and has been so helpful to my practice. You can also buy great, high-quality things from the studio like mala beads, essential oils and yoga props. I love this place.

Awesome classes..low expectations from new ppl they dont push you. Easy step by step. Possitive outlook on wat ever your size or capabilities. Just nice people. Nothing is imposible wen sera and bonnie are your instrctors.

As a complete newcomer to yoga, I wasn't sure what to expect. The teacher -- she is probably a lot more than that but I don't know what title I should use -- is really great. She is able to work with beginners and experienced without making either feel out of place. Not only is she knowledgeable, and patient, she has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this to everyone.

I had the pleasure of taking a yoga class with Sera on my last trip to Belize. It was wonderful, and my teen son who I dragged along with me enjoyed it, too! Sera's calm presence and easy-going guidance along with her passion for yoga helped me feel right at home. I also attended a workshop class with Bonnie, who is another amazing soul. Sometimes when traveling to a foreign country, I can feel a little discombobulated or off balance, and Full Lotus helped me feel grounded and back on track, ready for more adventures. It's a great oasis for any expat or traveler!
