read about tony (his company is Belize Fit) on trip advisor and agree he is wonderful. my husband and i rented the stand up paddle boards from him and he was great. he showed us how to use them, even took pictures of us that he emailed us. he's got a great set up right on the beach where he has a gym and gives exercise classes. he's got a good personality so makes it fun. the sup was easier than i thought it would be and there was a nice relatively calm area off his beach to try them out. lot's of fun, would highly recommend.
