My husband and I booked a couples massage on our afternoon off of scuba diving and it was exquisite! Rosa and Sandra took excellent care of us and provided one of the best massages we ever had. The spa is immaculate and the staff are very warm and welcoming!
This is my 3rd time at Ixora Spa and last year Rosa also gave me a hot stone massage that was THE BEST! 3 times and 3 fantastic massages is quite consistent, not a fluke. I highly recommend!

I’m reviewing my recent massage experience at Ixora Spa. I booked and paid for it online, a few days in advance, through a simple system that allowed me note that I wanted extra attention for my legs because I was having cramps. When I arrived, a security guard directed me to park at the parking area at Anthony’s Key Resort and then I walked to the nearby boat transit area. The boat shuttle from land to Bailey’s Key, the little island where the spa is located, was quick and easy both ways. A lady from the spa met me upon arrival and walked me through the lovely gardens to the spa. We reviewed the COVID protocol and my specific request for leg attention. She said she let the masseuse know. The COVID protocol seems exceptional with the room being cleaned before my arrival and the massage therapist wearing protective clothing and face mask and washing her hands when she entered. I wore a mask but I’d suggest taking a spare since it will get wet when you drool, laying face down. The massage itself was nice, but not exceptional, and she did not pay any extra attention to my legs. I tried to ask but there was a language barrier. Afterward, I enjoyed a stroll through the grounds before returning on the boat. I tipped the masseuse and the boat man. Overall it was a pleasant, though expensive, experience that I won’t repeat. In the package we purchased through cruises.com, we were promised a scrub, wrap, and an hour-long massage. After waiting an hour past our scheduled time, they quickly put the scrub on our body and draped a towel over us and left us in the room for one hour before returning to give us a half-hour massage (package was for a 60-minute massage). Not what we were promised or what we paid for!

Today I did the guava scub and glow...it was amazing. I love Rosa! I asked why the reviews from a few years ago were only so so and the sweet woman that runs the spa said last year they opened the spa in it's current location. I am going back before I leave. Thank you ladies!

Amazing! The atmosphere and views are breath taking. Luxurious massage. One of the best and relaxing massages I’ve ever experienced. Melissa was awesome. Great way to end a dive vacation! I’ll never pass up this opportunity every time I’m here! And, their products feel and smell great! They supply the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotions in the rooms!

I surprised my wife with a couples spa day here. The staff were wonderful. We got exfoliations, wraps, massages, and pedicures for $140 each. The spa is on Anthony's Key resort. The price included self guided snorkeling and kayak use.

I thought I have had good massages until my Mayan Hot Stone Massage at Ixora Spa. Amazing!! They escort you to your own private hut by the ocean where you listen to the sound of crashing waves as you receive the most amazing, relaxing massage. There were 4 of us, and they had no trouble accommodating all of us at the same time (in individual huts, of course). The location is beautiful, the ambiance superb, and the massages amazing. We can't wait to go back!

Three girls were on the Caribbean Princess in Dec. 2015. We docked at Mahogany Bay and arranged for transportation to and from our Spa Day at Anthony's Key Resort. A 45 min drive from the ship, during which you could see the beautiful countryside. We were treated to a full sea salt exfoliation treatment and then a wonderful 60 min. message. After our message we could use the pool or beach for the rest of the afternoon. Enjoyed the pool bar and a great lunch, also poolside. It was an extraordinary experience. We would all go again in a minute.
