We called at the Alphais Spa as a family of three, after some initial confusion with our booking (we had a confirmation email) where I think someone may have forgotten to put us into the diary, anyway, no huge matter, it was dealt with by the receptionist professionally, efficiently & politely.
The hammam experience was amazing, we had the black soap and glove scrub, body mud mask, followed by a facial & an hour long full massage, this was a package available to book directly on the Alphais spa website, I can’t recommend it highly enough, the girls doing the treatments are at the top of their game, I’ve had a crook in my neck for as long as I can remember now & after the massage that’s all fixed, I actually felt so light leaving the spa & my skin feels brand new.
I was a total newbie to this sort of experience & I will definitely be going again when the opportunity presents itself.

A wonderful experience, a magical moment out of time.
A very nice manager and little care for her guests.

It is always and each time the one and only hammam I choose to start my holiday. I recommended it to all my clients, friends and family. Women are incredibly kind, caring and very professional. We were never disappointed.

The services offered are qualitative and the place with traditional design is very appreciable.
Overall, the care was very good.
Nevertheless, we were somewhat disappointed by the staff.
No need to speak the same language to feel tensions between employees.
Besides the mockery of some masseuses towards us..., whispers between them during massages are not very pleasant.
In summary, superb address but personal to crop.

An unforgettable experience.
We were warmly welcomed by the manager with a mint tea to immerse ourselves in a relaxing atmosphere.
A great hammam followed by a tonic massage of a large amount.
I recommend the packs.

Newly arrived in Marrakech, fate leads us and my husband to this establishment. The welcome is warm and cordial.

This spa is truly exceptional!
The services are top-notch, and the women working here are absolutely lovely kind, professional, and attentive. They made the experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

We trusted the great reviews read on tripadvisor and in 6 friends on holiday in Marrakech we had the hammam experience. From the first contacts on WhatsApp from Italy they were very kind and disponibili.Abbiamo could do the hammam all together and in 5 we also did the massage all together! A wonderful experience. The place is small but cute and clean. The indescribable scented oil massage. The girls were really good. And in the background a local music that helped us relax. They will give you everything (slippers, bathrobe and panties) and finally Moroccan tea and biscuits. Unique new lockers and very small dressing room without the possibility of being able to dry your hair after the hammam.

Je confirme la réponse disant qu'y aller sans réservation est faisable.
Je précise que me concernant, en plein été (qui n'est pas là haute saison contrairement à ce que l'on pourrait penser), et pour être sûr de passer exactement à l'heure/moment et jour souhaités, j'ai préféré réserver la veille.
Sans réservation, le risque est de patienter en attendant un "trou" dans le planning...
En haute saison (hiver en Europe), attention... attention 😋
