My daughter and I went to Marajah Spa on 9th Sept 2024 ( this was my daughter's 2nd visit and my first.
It was amazing, it's the best Spa I have ever been too.
The staff were so friendly and the who experience was lovely.
Thank you Fatima, Naima, Lina and Khadija you 4 lovely ladies made our whole experience absolutely wonderful.
I'm a travel agent and will definitely recommended this Spa.

It was just amazing , the ladies at the super welcoming welcome, and smiling. I had the opportunity to get massaged by Lina who knew how to do her job I emerge more than relaxed!

“My experience at the Marrajah Spa was disappointing overall. First, nothing was specified regarding the cash payment, which caused some confusion in the end.
The massage, although pleasant at times, was regularly interrupted by the masseuse who moved the bed several times, which spoiled my relaxation. In addition, there was a power outage that day, accompanied by many noises around, making the experience far from relaxing.
Facial care was a real disaster. The products were applied without any explanation or prior question about my allergies. The vapour of the vapour was far too long, and the maneuvers were far from pleasant. At the end of the treatment, my face was tingling, an obvious sign that something was wrong.
To top it off, the tea served at the end had clearly been reheated several times, with a very unpleasant taste of burnt mint.
The only positive is that the place is pretty, but unfortunately, it is not enough to compensate for all the inconveniences experienced.”

This place is absolutely terrible I have never in my left met such unprofessional staff. Me and my friends had a day planned to go to marajah thinking it was was going to be relaxing - far from that. We called Mariah to ask if we needed a reservation the lady we spoke to said no we can just walk in, so that’s exactly what we did. We arrive and lo and behold they tell us we need a reservation. The receptionist (I think she’s the owner) said we can wait twenty minutes and see if any slots free up - we waited but there was nothing so we made a reservation for the next day. I asked we could just pay to get out the way. Again one of the receptionist said no we’ll take payment tomorrow bearing in my mind this lady can see I wanted to pay on my card. Next day comes we arrive and come to pay and they tell us we can only pay cash. I don’t know why this was not mentioned when we were there the day before especially considering that she could see I wanted to pay card the day before. One of my friends is actually from Morocco so there wasn’t even a language barrier there. The receptionist again says i mentioned it was only cash. My friend was doing most of the talking. They mentioned we could transfer via bank so I explained I have no issue doing this but payment will arrive within 2-3 days since it’s international transfer. As soon as I said this the owner said I won’t let you in until I get my cash. Honestly save your self the money and time there are so many other spas quarter of the price of this place with much more professional stuff. I would 100% not recommend anyone to go. Also the tea was horrible here I would rather drink piss water than drink that again.

The reception stuff here are absolutely terrible. So unprofessional. We had a lovely day planned to go to spa. We called marajah to see if we needed to make a reservation the lady we spoke to said we don’t need a booking and that we could just arrive. So that’s exactly what we did, we arrived and lo and behold they told us we need a booking. We waited 20 minutes since the receptionist said we can wait and see if there any available spots left. There was none so we left and make a reservation for the next day. They completely forgot to mention that they only accept cash, so next day we go again and this time we came to pay and they said only cash. This other lady said we transfer it via bank. I explained that payment will come within next few days. The owner was horrible she said I will not let you in until I get my money. I have never in my left met such unprofessional people in my life. I would not recommend this place what so ever there are much cheaper spas with ten times more professionalism then this place. Also there tea here is horrible I would rather drink my own piss then drink that again.

This was a great experience. It was my first time getting a hammam and it was wonderful. I got the Royal package but was disappointed that I missed out on the mask part. I think that may have been due to a communication difficulty. I speak English and it is not widely spoken at the spa. I was trying to communicate not on my face but I think it was misinterpreted as not at all. I asked for it but nothing happened.
I enjoyed the cookies and mint tea between services. It was a lovely touch.
Overall, great scrub and relaxing massage. I echo some of the other comments that mentioned noise as a concern. Several times, some of the staff attempted to quiet others as they were making noise talking to one another.
I would go back for sure!

Do you have lockers with keys at your facility? if so, how big are they? as we will have luggage with us, going straight to the airport after coming here
