What a way to see and taste the city of Marrakesh. We always do a food tour when we arrive in a new city. This was a taste sensation! We highly recommend this tour. We also went back to a few of the places after the tour as the food was so good

Was a great afternoon/evening walking around with the guide, we ate some great food and the guide was very informative met some great people and learned a lot about the area, food and customs

We absolutely loved our food tour with Hannan as our guide. We tried some amazing and unique dishes, there was plenty of food and we learnt a lot about the food and culture in Marrakech. It was a really lovely evening and a highlight of our time in Marrakech. We only wish we did it earlier in our trip so we could revisit all the amazing spots!!

Great atmosphere, fun way to see the market at night in a safe atmosphere. Tried some food I definitely would not have tried on my own!!!

Een echte aanrader! Het was met een erg kleine groep (in tegenstelling tot andere organisatoren) waardoor je ook in kleine zaken binnen kon, kon proeven en vragen stellen aan de gids. De gids was trouwens super! We aten dingen die we anders nooit zouden ontdekken (en gingen de dag erna nog eens eten) en leerde vanalles over tradities en gewoontes. Ik zou een culinaire tour met deze organisatie zeker aanbevelen. Hij is dan misschien iets duurder dan bij andere touroperators maar zijn geld meer dan waard!

Do not miss in Marrakech! You get to wander the back streets of the madina with a fun guide and other foodies and taste the best dishes from the best street vendors and small restaurants. My 10-year-old ate everything and we all had a great time.

Great way to fully immerse yourself in Marrakesh as we went to places and ate things we would’ve have otherwise. There were a lot of food stops (arrive hungry!) and a huge range of local cuisine provided (all delicious). Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. This was a highlight of our trip and we would highly recommend.

I was looking for an interactive guided tour together with my 10-yr-old and this tour was excellent. Our guide Hanan a former English teacher in primary could not have been a better match for us! We got a chance to go off the beaten track and learn more about the artisanal craftsmanship and we ended the tour with a well deserved meal.

The walking tours both start in the medina area, one from Jemma el Fna and the other near the Bahia Palace. There are lots of taxis for transportation to these areas and it's possible to walk though could be a long walk depending on where in Gueliz you're staying.

Certainly! Trip advisor won’t publish our website or email (or let us add to comments) as we don’t advertise with Viator but google Marrakech Food Tours and you’ll find us right away!
Your website does not seem to be working currently. My husband and I will be arriving in Marrakech during the tail end of Ramadan. Do your tours start late enough to be available during Ramadan? I found one group that offers a Ramadan specific tour, but yours sounds much more interesting as we are very adventurous eaters. Thank you for your help!

I did this tour back in February, and we stopped and had the Moroccan doughnuts called sfenj? and nuss nuss as part of the Street Food Tour, they were delicious. any I will be back in Marrakech soon and would love to return to the same cafe, does anyone know where is situated within the Souks?

Hi Yvonne. From the square take Derb Dabachi (you may need to ask for the street just to be sure) straight for about 1/2 km until you get to the fork in the road. It’s right there.

Not really a question but a comment. My husband and I just took the tour on oct 16. We loved it but felt sorry for the woman that made the couscous at the last stop. We were so full that no one ate the couscous. Does anyone have room for it or was it just our group that over ate? It was a wonderful tour. I was very moved by the poor man that kept the fires going for the bakery/ hamman. We learned so much about the Moroccan culture and cuisine. Kudos for the tour, it was wonderful.

Hello - we know it's a lot of food and many of our vendors are prepared for this. They'd much rather provide you too much than not enough - Moroccan hospitality after all! But, don't worry. None of it goes to waste. Whatever isn't eaten is given to others who do eat it. We are thinking of a few ways we might cut back some of the food so that everyone can also enjoy at least a few spoonfuls of couscous at the end!

I'm sure Deepak can answer specifically with his experience but I (owner!) wanted to also chime in. There's just one stop that has only meat, and we do our best to provide a vegetarian option there whenever possible. It will depend a little on how specific your dietary needs are, for example we're unable to offer tours for vegans, but if you let us know ahead of time, in most cases we can make accommodations.
