We each had a massage of 60 minutes, a pedicure and a manicure.
Massages were excellent, heated loungers, clean and tidy.
The ladies have given us an extraordinarily good massage.
Then manicure and pedicure.
With so much care - excellent!
Absolute recommendation to be pampered here.

Booked in for an amazing, pain free Brazilian wax. The lovely lady who was performing the wax was kind, gentle and so lovely. I felt at ease straight away. Can totally recommend.

Had a wonderful Zen Massage with Dharmendra so I decided to have another massage the next day Shirodhara with Nilu, wow Nilu’s body massage was amazing she can sense and feel my body aches. There were times I dozed off sleeping and snoring. It was so relaxing. The staff are so professionals and friendly. No wonder it is highly recommended by travelers I attest to that.

Kathmandu contuse to grow in population and traffic! There are more and more electric cars but the number of motorcycles are still everywhere. The is so much beauty in the city when exploring the religious sites and historic locations, temples, and more. I started going in 2012 and watched the city expand and the homes being built. The joy of Nepal is how the people respect one another with such grace and joy. You are always greeted with a HELLO (Namaste) and a smile.

We 4 of us went to Zen Spa for massage without pre appointment and they accommodated us at a time. Very professional and best service around this area. Welcome refreshment and health consultation prior to treatments was very helpful to my concern. highly recommended

Staff was very professional and friendly. Clean facilities. We had massage and deluxe pedicure on two days. Highly recommend.

The best massage I’ve ever had!! Went and had a 2 hour package, foot soak, massage, scrub & facial, it was so heavenly that I had to come back the next day again! Has Sorstey look after me both times and she was incredible at find the knots in my back, no one has ever been able to do that so well.

We booked Ayurvedic Detoxification package and it was very relaxing experience. Herbal poultice massage and shirodha was great. Good pressure and caring touch were incredible. Sure be back

Wo do have wide range of Spa services at Zen and their prices varies for types of treatments and their durations too.
For 60 mins Massage - 2500/- to 2700/- NRS (including all taxes)
For 90 mins Massage - 3600/- to 4,000/- NRS (including all taxes)
We are using Luxurious Lotus Herbal products for skin care experience.
