We booked Ayurvedic Detoxification package and it was very relaxing experience. Herbal poultice massage and shirodha was great. Good pressure and caring touch were incredible. Sure be back

Best place for a massage

We have been coming to zen spa now for 3 years. We spends about 2 1/2 months in kathmandu and visit several times
We now have a zen spa family and always receive such a warm welcome.
Our two amazing masseuses Sabita and Bhagdi have been looking after us over the years. They really are incredible st what they do. Super strong (we like deep massage) and so skilled and just knowing a body. Oils, balms and sometimes hot stones have been used during treatments.
Zen spa have an amazing team and l know that whoever does your treatment you wont regret it .
Its a beautiful space, clean and so welcoming . Always welcomed with a smile and the mort amazing green tea and dates
Highly recommend.
Thank you Dev, Sabita, Bhagdi and all the zen team. Your the best

Zen Spa is a great spa with lovely staff who will provide a beautiful massage for you.

Excellent spa with fantastic staff. Making sure we were comfortable throughout and genuinely eager to please. We were both very happy with our massages Zen Traditional 99 minutes and would highly recommend

A “WOW” experience

It was an amazing experience. We went for a couple spa. The two ladies were brilliant at their job. the massage was relaxing. The staff were professional and well trained. Also, they give discounts for airline staff. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing experience

Fantastic Experience! I highly recommend the Indian 45 min head massage! I was waxed perfectly & splurged on a full body scrub & amazing full body massage, plus the extra head massage! I’m in heaven! The total experience was very affordable as well & the facility was clean.

The perfect massage

As aircrew I have been fortunate to have massages all around the world. The full body massage I had at Zen Spa was the best I have ever had. It was almost as if the therapist, Neelu, could read my mind and then proceeded to use just the perfect pressure every time.

I was so impressed, I managed to squeeze a second session in before our flight out.

Rejuvenation at Zen Spa

Body detox package is very relaxing, feel good. Nice tea before and after the treatment. My therapist is very professional and knows what to do. Perfect place to relax.
