这次走的Poonhill环线属于入门级雪山徒步，沿路看到那座最尖刻的山峰是Machhapuchhre，向导说没有人上的去，妙在每次累的时候我总在抬头看着那座山峰，即便知道那不是我们的目的地。
四天三夜的安排很合理，看了国内众多APP的价格，最终找了一家当地的旅行社报了名，工作人员和向导的英语都挺好，这次应该是我们在东南亚旅行过的几个国家里人均英语水平最好的经历了。
车道走完后才真正有了徒步的感觉，村庄、溪流、阳光、树林，脚下踩过牛粪、烂泥、树叶，最后穿上冰爪踏过厚厚的冰雪去等日出；山里没有手机信号，住宿条件很差，热水和WiFi 都是另外收费，每天吸取的热量来自于阳光和热汤面，还有我喜欢的姜茶。
这次徒步有一些事情让我印象深刻，向导很优秀，住宿和休息时间都挑选得不错；看完日出的那天准备下山，旅馆门口抽烟遇到一个女生聊了几句，她朋友在这里做环保工作，我对于这样的人群总是很佩服。
下次来尼泊尔体验不同的徒步路线。

之前我在戈代帕尼爬楼梯的时候，天气有点晴朗，但在山顶看到的普恩山却是阴云密布。尽管如此，在戈代帕尼你可以选择把包放在其中的一个酒店，挺友好的，看了普恩山之后，在那个酒店喝杯苏打水并不贵。把你的包留在酒店后，往上爬时你会觉得更舒适，但要准备好，因为有很多高的台阶。

我在的ABC徒步之旅到大本营的途中，参观了普恩山。我们是在淡季进行的徒步，大部分时间多云，有薄雾和多雨。这次徒步之旅从最近的戈瑞帕里村庄开始。到达山顶大约需要30分钟到一个小时。虽然有些困难，但只要有坚定的信心，仍然可以做到。我们开始登山之前正在下雨，我们的导游告诉我们天气不会好转，所以我们决定睡到凌晨5点。我们坚持要完成这段徒步，虽然有些风景被云雾遮挡住了，但仍然能欣赏到山景。绝对值得一来，您不会后悔。

没有其他理由待在这个地方……阿那普那山的景色十分壮丽，一定要看看。我们在日出前到达那里，非常棒！总体来说，不是太拥挤。

这里是我尼泊尔之行的一个亮点之一，我徒步旅行普恩山，花费了4天3晚。从海拔1050米的南崖铺到海拔3210米的普恩山，不同的海拔高度，森林树种也不同，景色也不同。

Hi, we are Planning to visit poonhill in last week of December. Is it okay time to visit? I am aware of the cold and no issues with it, have previous experiences in the Himalayas. But will it be good time from the views perspective? I have read that, just visiting poonhill, not the trek, can be done in two days from pokhra, is that correct?

Hej. I was in mid April and had no luck. It was almost all cloudy. Hopefully later in Ghandruk sky was quite clear and I saw some mountains.
However the most important part of Trek sunrise was not possible see anything, Sad.

Hello, We are planning on doing this circular trek in April , but would like to include Tatopani hot springs (so a bit of detour). I was thinking
Day 1 Pokhara to Nayapul & trek to Ulleri
Day 2 Ulleri to Ghorepani
Day 3 Poonhill and trek from Ghorepani to Tatopani
Day 4 Tatopani relax day
Day 5 Tatopani to Tadapani
Day 6 Tadapani to Ghandrung
Day 7 Ghandrung to Nayapul and back to Pokhara
We don't have any more days. Tatopani to Tadapani seems to be 11h, which is not feasable in one day, but we would prefer not to skip hot springs. Would switching Tatopani for Jhinu Danda make more sense? Are they comparable?

I have not been to Tatopani, but Jhino Danda was very nice. We came early in the day where the hot springs was not so busy. We were there in October.
Ghorepani has some amazing panoramic views and you see the seventh higest peak in the world, Dhaulagiri.
After Jhino Danda we walked through Landruk and down to Phedi which was a very beautiful and quiet tour - recommendable. If you decide to go to Phedi it is recommendable to stay in Landruk with its amazing views and also Pothana is very nice. We regretted staying in Australian Camp instead of Pothana as Australian Camp was to busy and too much concrete.
