It's okay to get picked up at airport. The bus leaves fast and there was no issue. Don't bother to book return bus. They told me pick up time 1230pm, was late for 15 minutes. I had to drop off at a point and wait for another pick up. And the next pick time is at 130pm!!! I had to stand and wait for 45 minutes under the sun. Horrible. Didn't mention to me what was the pick up time between two buses. If I knew that the interval was such a huge difference, I wouldn't have booked it in the first place.

桃園国際空港から台中の宿泊ホテルの近くに行く長距離バスがこの１社しか無かったので、待ち時間がかなりありましたが利用しました。バスは大型の乗り心地の良いバスでしたが、Ｗｅｂの時刻表よりも２０分くらい出発時間が遅くなっていたのに加えて、途中でかなりのバス停に止まる為にかなりの時間が掛かりました。まあ、台中火車駅周辺は混んでいるので、渋滞しない分早かったのですが、待ち時間などトータルで考えると運行本数の多いバス会社とトントンかもしれませんでした。でも、ホテルまでスーツケースを引いて１５分歩くのと、徒歩３分の違いは大きかったです。

As soon as I arrived the counter of Free Go Bus to check it's price and schedule, the lady behind the counter asked me "how many?" in stead of answering my questions. She told me the bus is about to take off and asked me to hurry to pay.
One way trip from airport to Taichung city is $240. I was told $480 for two. I handed her $1000. When she gave the changes back to me, she told me to "run" "the bus is leaving" We pulled out four bags and ran to outside where the bus was parking and rushed up to the bus. When I count the changes that was hold in my hand, it was NTD$100 short.
What could I do? Nothing! The bus was already taking off.
Later, I shared it with my friends in Taichung, they told me that they heard about this kind of story all the time.
So, my dear friends, no matter where you go, it's always better to check the changes before you leave the counter.
Let's talk about it's service. The bus is kind new but filled with strong smell. The curtains are old and dirty but the seats are big in spaces and comfortable.
