我是在HOTEL买的行程,约4小小时,约2200泰铢,很适合去玩,一定会印象深刻,很安全也很剌激,距离会愈来愈长,最长的有1KM,很棒,高空降落应该要选速度要快点,较好

如果有更好的选择，是绝对不会来这里的，洗澡的吹风机时不时就会断电， 热水开启时，就会有诡异的味道出现 ，提供的餐点也都非常普通，最重要的是，用完的餐具放在桌上，经过了一个小时，还是没有服务人员来整理

Thanks for your review but I suggest that while you were in the lounge if the hair dryer was not functioning properly then let the staff know and they can fix it. Same as the
Water pressure.

位于曼谷河滨夜市内，夜市逛累了就可以入场观看，是很方便的安排。表演长度可接受，内容也算老少咸宜。这里有个贴心安排是表演前有餐点供应，不过我们没有享用，只点了一杯饮料。饮料选择也多，有酒类如威士忌也有非酒精饮品，唯一不足是座位不能自由选择，有些座位令观赏度大减。整体而言不错，可以推荐。

因于泰国回前一天还未有收到i asia thailand公司的车接送电邮确认
(我已发了两次电邮但一直没有回复)
所以由酒店职代我们致电紧急支援热线
但接线职员态度非恶劣，内容:(热线职员说:这是紧急热线，不是查询，现时我在睡觉，不要打扰，其后cut线)
我感觉极为反感，非常恶劣，永不再用此公司，还提醒身边朋友不要再用此服务，建议你们不要再更此公司合作，我们从未接触过有此流氓职员的公司

Reply - Never in 19 years of answering the after hours/emergency hotline have I ever said what is claimed by this person. No complaint received in the office by the writer. No details received so we can investigate.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to not be seated on the external top deck, especially after purchasing tickets. e are confused why you said you purchased the top price tickets? There is only one price for free seating on any level as per the website description.
Your feedback regarding the atmosphere and dining experience, including the food and wine, has been noted and will be shared with the team to ensure improvements are made.
