Worst tour I ever made. We took the tour to the Kwai River Bridge and the Erawan Waterfalls. First of all, the pick-up in the morning was delayed. We were told that a tour guide would join and explain us everything, but we did not really have one. There was a person that met us after an hour in our first stop and barely told is where we were and for how long we would stay, no more. She did not join us anywhere and she did not give any information about the places we were visiting apart from the names and the time we could stay. Most of the time she was not even driving in the bus with us. Even the small instructions she gave were pretty unclear. As there was nobody to provide information, some people asked the driver and he was very rude.

Prenotiamo un tour ad Ayutthaya presso la 'Boarding pass co. ltd.' All'inizio di Sukumvit Soy 8 (non andateci!)
Scegliamo un tour dove ci viene garantito che saremo 9 persone al massimo al costo di 1300 Tbh a persona, senza trattare il prezzo dato che il tour toccava 6 punti d'interesse e il prezzo e i biglietti di ingresso erano inclusi.
Ci ritroviamo al mattino in un bel minibus da 12 posti, o almeno così credevo perché alla fine ci stanno 13 persone calcolando il posto davanti.
Dopo un bel giro a raccattare persone ci mollano a Khao San Road e da qui inizia l'incubo.
Ci tolgono l'unico documento rilasciato, una specie di voucher per il tour e veniamo parcheggiati e smistati come bestiame senza spiegazioni e contrassegnati con degli sticker.
Ci mettono su un bus di con altre 15 persone!!!
Bus senza vetri oscurati quindi una bella dose di sole nello scomodo e rumoroso viaggio di quasi 2 ore fino al primo punto di interesse. Fortunatamente era mattino presto.
All'arrivo la guida, pessima sia in attitudine che in Inglese ci dice che saremmo stati in 44 persone!!
In pratica ci tediava con 10 minuti del suo pessimo inglese e poi passava al gruppetto successivo lasciandoci pascolare senza spiegazioni puntuali.
Decido di chiamare la tipa dell'agenzia di cui avevo il numero 'per ogni evenienza'.
Ci parlo un minuto e passo il telefono senza reagire troppo alla mia ragazza, molto più diplomatica di me che in 2 minuti riesce a capire che la tipa non ne sa nulla e non ne può nulla, che non ha il controllo sul tour.
La tipa ci attacca e noi la richiamiamo, dopo 20 secondi inizia il disco rotto: " no refound" e noi insistiamo che lei ci ha venduto un altro tour con al massimo 9 persone.
Rovine belle ma di corsa, spiegazioni incomprensibili e mal esposte.
Pranzo osceno: ho mangiato di tutto da quando sono arrivato, davvero di tutto ma ho sempre apprezzato, per freschezza genuinità o altro. Ora mi pento di non aver fatto una foto a quel buffet. Orribile.
Saltiamo la visita ad un punto di interesse così senza neanche notificarlo e dopo mangiato andiamo al palazzo reale.
Siamo di ritorno, una buona ora e mezza prima del previsto rientro, grazie a dio siamo stati spostati in un minivan semi moderno con vetri oscurati.
Stasera proveremo a passare dall'agenzia almeno per avere una copia del voucher che ci hanno prelevato.
Assolutamente da evitare!!
Pensate che ancora ora non conosco (e così i miei compagni di viaggio) il nome della nostra guida.

We did the Day trip from Bangkok to Ayutthaya, a mother and daughter 53/20 years of age. We had a brilliant day. Our guide Gimao and Mr Dang our driver, in a spotless recent model Camry, picked us up at 8 am at our hotel. We visited the summer palace, temples, elephants and had a great local lunch stop. Gimao was a wonderful guide. Knowledgeable, funny, prepared and professional. She kept us entertained for the whole day. She is studying for her Masters in International Tourism and her English is excellent. She is also an ace photographer and knows exactly where to take the best photo. Highly recommend!

Company made up of scammers - DO NOT BOOK. If you research an article on ’Thailand-Cambodia border crossing scams’ you’ll find an extensive list of each scam this company attempts with their customers. Some including painfully elaborate backstories which are embarrassing to listen to (actually quite funny what they’ll try for a few dollars) but others a bit more serious - such as dropping you off OUTSIDE of main area in Siem Reap and offering ‘free’ Tuk Tuk that will charge you and be aggressive. Also at each scam they split the group into smaller groups to try and intimidate people into paying...

Wir haben übers Reisebüro Tourist Information Center (52/1, ซอย บ้านพานถม, Ban Phan Thom, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200, Thailand) eine zweitägige Tour nach Kanchanaburi gebucht und hatten die Information, dass wir am ersten Tag vom Hotel aus mit einem Minibus und 6 weiteren Gästen nach Kanchanaburi fahren würden. Wir sind davon ausgegangen eine ganztägige Tour zu den Wasserfällen zu unternehmen und am zweiten Tag in ElephantsWorld zu fahren. Statt dessen wurden wir von Sehenswürdigkeit zu Sehenswürdigkeit gehetzt. Zuerst eine Stunde an der Death Bridge und ein Museum bei dem man extra Eintritt bezahlen musste. Anschließend fuhren wir zum Friedhof und dann zur ersten Station des Death Rail Way. Da wir wohl trotz der Hetzerei zu spät dran waren hatten wir den Zug verpasst und mussten ewig auf einen weiteren warten. Zudem war in unserem Ticket das Zugticket nicht inbegriffen und wir zahlten weitere 100 baht pro Person. Nach der einstündigen Fahrt ging es zum Mittagessen und zum Schluss für eine halbe Stunde zu den Wasserfällen. Anschließend wurden wir zu dem Hotel auf dem Fluss gebracht. Wir waren dort die einzigen Gäste und fühlten uns dort von den Gastgebern nicht sonderlich willkommen.
Am zweiten Tag sollte uns der Minibus zum Elephants World bringen, wo gerettete Elefanten gepflegt werden. Statt dessen brachte uns der Minibus zu einem anderen Camp bei dem wir Elefanten hätten reiten sollen. Das ist Tierquälerei und wir wollten unter keinen Umständen dort bleiben. Den Transport als auch den den Eintritt zum ElephantsWorld mussten wir hingegen selbst übernehmen obwohl es im Reisebüro so gebucht war.
Insgesamt war die Reise extrem stressig und die 3000 bahr pro Person nicht wert. Der Guide konnte kein allzu gutes Englisch und war auch nur wenig geneigt uns bezüglich dem Elefanten Camp zu helfen. Auch die Unterkunft und die dortigen Gastgeber waren nicht sehr freundlich.
Daher nicht buchen!

First of all we were told that it was a small group tour of max 13 people...we were 35! The "guide" was talking 15 min every time we stopped and because we were splitted on 2 vans she couldn t brief us on the rpute to the temples and palace.
Asked two questions regarding the culture of the statues and the second answer was a laugh almost in my face. Poor timing planning (you need to almost run to see everything and take 2 pict as we were a family of 5 with a toddler). The giide wouldn t wait for everyone to start the "description" of the place that we were visiting.
Lunch was actually nice but the tour is not worth the money....

In the beginning very friendly they answered my questions and sold me a ticket with open return to Koh Samet. At Banphe we could buy the same ticket for 2/3 of the price offered by Mama Travel and Tour, as I wrote that to M T&T to ask for at least refund the half of the price or a private direct transfer to the hotel they just didn‘t answer anymore. Overall the trip was ok, but the price not adequate to it 1000THB). I wouldn‘t book any tour again at Mama Travel and Tour.

We are a young couple who is fairly easygoing, from SA so used to delayed service however if I had to choose to redo this trip I would not.
We booked a two day trip to see Erawan waterfall and the Floating Market, however the trip was very disorganised, on the first day we went to Floating market only for 1.5hrs and spent the rest of the day driving. Day two we went to see Erawan waterfall for about 6 hours which was amazing but if I had to redo it, I would just book accommodation in the park which you can do for a low price and my own transport to the park as visiting the waterfalls was our main reason for the trip. Lunch on Day 1 was very unimpressive, dinner and lunch on day 2 was great.
We stayed in floating Bungalows which were okay but really not value for money at all. Other people on our tour were very unhappy and we could understand why as what we were promised was not was what we received. E. G. We were meant to go to Say Yok waterfall on Day 1 and didn't and instead went on the Death Train which we were not meant to do. We were also promised English guides which we didn't receive and also we had to pay extra for beers at the Bungalows which I was personally upset by considering how poor the tour had been.
We also paid a very inflated price (4200B each) and speaking to others on the tour it seemed that everyone payed different prices and we were definitely ripped off.
I definitely would not recommend this tour to anyone regardless of whether you are young or old, backpacker or tourist. You can go see all these attractions on your own at a much cheaper price and probably enjoy a much better experience.

We bought 2 tickets to Koh Samet from Bangkok, minibus + feery but before getting on the minibus the organizer took our receipts and dissappeared. We had to pay for the ferry again.

Booked and paid for transfer from Bangkok to Koh Chang. Confirmed *hotel pickup* & A/C. Hotel pickup was a man who showed up 15 minutes late and then WALKED us nearly a km to where the bus was waiting. Now to clarify it's not that we mind the walk, it's that we paid for hotel pickup to avoid having to schlep all of our sh*t through busy morning streets. The A/C either wasnt on or wasnt working for most of the ride. The driver was extremely rude -yelling at us to get out of the van at each stop even if we didnt want to.
