It's just Pratunam Market in an air-conditioned building selling various knick-knacks and snacks for tourists. The items sold are not really high quality which matches the price.

Since I was staying in that neighborhood I decided to visit this market with friends and I was pleasantly surprised by the items on sale and their much lower price compared to other places I visited.

Indra Square Shopping Mall offers a range of clothing, accessories, shoes and bags at bargain prices. It's a good place to buy souvenirs, wholesale items and clothing at cheap prices. Most of the mall’s shoppers are Thais who buy in bulk intending to resell them at their own boutiques or stalls.
The shopping mall is surrounded by Pratunam Market, which is open 24 hours, and the stalls line the different entrances to Indra Square. It gets busy in the evenings, but around midday, you can take your time to stroll around. As this is a wholesale mall, you can usually ask for a discount if you buy more than 2 items. Vendors can also help you ship your purchases back to your home country.
Indra Square Shopping Mall is quite popular with Indian, Chinese, and Southeast Asian tourists. There’s a food court on the top floor, with a range of Thai, vegetarian, and Indian food. Each vendor in the food court has a menu with pictures available, so you don't need to worry about ordering in Thai. If you're looking for discount fashion and apparel, Indra Square is a great option.

Shopping center: equipment at low prices. You can find everything there, jewelry, bags, suitcases, clothes etc. Lots of counterfeits: Polo, Lacoste, Addidas, North Face, Gucci bags, Louis Vuitton, Mickael Kors etc.

The mall is good to buy some cheap electronic devices, clothes, luggage, and bags. Shoes and clothes are very cheap but low quality.

It is not advisable to make shoping for Indra square. Most of the items are duplicate and very very cheap in quality. Batter to purchase from any local market nearby your home. Shopping from Indra is total vest of money. Electronic items which are available from Indra is totally duplicate and lots of problems while use. I have purchased Samsung galaxy note 9 from Indra and after insert sim card no network is available. While check from local samsung shop found that it is totally duplicate. they are also make manipulation in IMEI number which is denger for mobile security.

Went in the mall quiet alot to shop with Burmese Sales.Good price and friendly people in the mall.Quiet few stores were empties but still OK to shop around.

I walked through this market based on the reviews, but it did not appeal to me. Lots of clothes and all kinds of junk that I would never buy.

So many shops (must be more than 1,000) offering all sorts of low priced goods. Could not resist buying more than what I wanted, kind of goods and number goods. Quality is reasonably good.

hi' I purchased a i phone 11 pro max from indra sky, entering from Baiyoke suite hotel side, when I came back to India and as soon as I checked the product, I discovered that its a fake product, I have tried to call on the mobile number given on bill but , a lady picks up the call and she tells me that she sell clothes, now at which place should I complaint so that a tourist is not cheated again& bangkok may regain its reputation..I have a copy of bill, which I can forward it . Chatuchak market opens at 6 am till 6 pm. For bulk buying this is the cheapest. Indra should be open after 10 am and is good for small buying for visitors. The other market I have no idea.

If by "Joiner" you mean bringing a companion to your room, most hotels charge twin occupancy rates (assuming that you've booked a single room) although there are some who do not. For your safety, it would be wise to pay for this as the hotel records the particulars of your "Joiner", and he or she knows better not to leave with your belongings.
