Unlike the usual touristy clothes and stuff sold at the night markets, the stuff sold at this market are rather upscale, unique, pricy too. Lots to see, clothes, food, souvenirs etc.

Clearly a favorite among locals and tourists, this market is clean and well managed. They are one of the few markets that features a wide array of organic produce, rice, and fruit.
The market is divided into three general areas; vegetables and fruit, food stalls, and other artisan products. In between are coffee shops. There's also several brick and mortar stores including a Michelin named restaurant (Kang Thai Cuisine).
They're a model in sustainability with multiple recycling bins. Many vendors use banana leaves to wrap your food and recyclable trays. Bring your own plastic bags, hot food containers, coffee cup and larger grocery bag.
The market is only open on weekends and gets crowded by 8:30am and then thins out in the early afternoon.
Go hungry and give yourself at least 90 minutes to explore. Go local and support these hard-working people.

Jing Jai Market in Chiang Mai is a vibrant spot where farmers sell handmade goods, and many shopkeepers host live shows to sell online. It’s a great place to stroll around and relax, with a unique and lively atmosphere. However, visiting in June can be quite hot, so it’s better to plan your trip during a cooler season for a more comfortable experience.

One of our best trips and cost nothing! Short ride away in a taxi, immaculately clean and crammed full of stalls selling locally produced crafts and clothing and an amazing array of food to eat there or take away with you. We went on Sunday but appears to be open 7 days.

Must go place if you are in Chiang Mai on a Saturday or Sunday. Lots of food stalls and small artisans with an abundance of choice.

In Germany they would call it a hipster market :)

Visited this unique market on a Sunday morning. A pleasant place for tourist to shop for local fruits, food, art and craft and branded local clothings.
Spacious and comfortable place to spend a couple of hours.

Relatively big day market filled with nice, interesting and unique crafts from the local.
Enjoyed eating there too albeit the food section was a little small. A nice thing to do for the day! Would recommend to come on the weekday to explore and appreciate the handmade crafts.
Love that the place is also encouraging environmentally friendly practices. 👍🏼
