旧市街に近いシネコン。4階フードコートの奥にあります。StarWas9でした。吹き替え無しのタイ語字幕の上映でした。他の市内の映画館は吹き替え版が殆どです。レセプションで購入したのでチケットは購入し易かった。プラザも、フードコートも映画館内も大変きれいです。シネコンのトイレも綺麗です。全部が清掃が行き届いています。後ろの方のソファーみたいな席を利用しました。体格のよい方でもゆったりです。

It's at the top floor of the ever-popular Central Airport Plaza mall, and has a number of screens. For me it's the larger the better, and the seats are really comfortable. Both video and audio are of the highest quality.
It's more crowded in the evening, but afternoon's are a good bet, if only to get out of the heat!
They change their films very regularly, which means that many are only on for one week. And potentially popular films are shown on about 7 screens. It's a shame they don't show lesser popular films longer.
At prices about one fifth of European and American cinemas (circa 100 baht), cinema going is a real bargain here.
Don't be put off by the very noisy games section next to the cinema. There are useful food outlets beside the cinema, too.

A nice big mall overall, lots of shops to visit whilst here. The movie theatre is modern with great audio system. Watched Murder on the orient express. Recommend.

We wanted to try something different and decided to go and watch a film here. Located in a amazing mall! Staff were friendly and helped us with booking the tickets etc. Cost us £10 for 2 tickets and lots of snacks. Was amazing considering we pay £30 these days in the uk. Chairs in cinema were comfy, screen was great. Film was in English and had subtitles. If you go make sure you book the film with EN next to it. Loved my experience of a Thai cinema!

Impress was the words I would use for this movie treats. Not the movie but the cinema interior design at Chiang Mai Central plaza. So class and cosy with affordable price to choose from 3 different type of seating.Standard seating seats are made of vevert 100baht, 2nd class are leather seats much more comfort 120baht and the 1st class is huge comfortable leather seats with pillow 180baht . Great sittings with plenty of leg room. Honestly I was amazed by their toilet. Since when I see people taking photos in the toilet! It was cool do make a trip to their toilet and you will be surprise! ..

For me was really special the opportunity of watch a local thai movie with English subtitles! It is not easy to find in whatever country, specially in a country where English is not spoken everywhere. The opportunity for me was unique! I watched the movie "Arbat" and it was very interesting have this contact with the thai culture at the cinema. Major Cineplex is good as well because you can by your tickets in the automachine and pay in there without take long queues. The interior of the cinema is comfortable and organised too!

This is a very high end movie theater complex on the 4th floor of the Central Airport Plaza. First run movies are about 1-2 weeks behind the release in US. Specific showings each day are original sound track (English) with Thai subtitles. This is first class in sight, sound, and seating. Fully Air conditioned. 190 TB ($5).
