It's an unwelcome Place as soon you arrive the Staff try to sell you "Stop Rubber Socks" and even you have or bring exactly the same they not let you in until you bought from them . That comes on Top of the very high Entry Fee . As an Result the Place is on most Days deserted same as the Mall where now probably 60-70% of the former Shops close down.
It's an terrible Managed Place and their only Goal is to squeeze out the few People who still willing to come .
It's nice to see that their struggling already and that the bad Behaviour against Costumers not bear Fruit .
Seems like the owners not feel what they do wrong as the Place is deserted for Years.
I recommend not go there , it's an disappointed experience and for that Money you can get much better experience in other Places in Thailand

Отличный многоэтажный детский игровой комплекс. Аттракционы на 6-ти этажах. Если вы в Паттайе с ребенком от двух лет, обязательно побывайте здесь. Развлечения для детей лет до 15 и даже для взрослых. Мы здесь отмечали трехлетие нашего малыша. Таким довольным и занятым я его давно не видел! На седьмом этаже огромная лазалка как раз для его возраста с набором игровых комнат. Он так там набегался и накатался за два положенных за один билет часа, что потом пришлось отдыхать. Билеты стоят от 90 до 400 бат на человека. Понятная картинка с ценами прилагается к отзыву. Пенсионеров в независимости от гражданства пропускают бесплатно.

The Prices are way to high that's why it's deserted at Weekdays. On Weekends it's an bit more busy but they Limited the Time to 2 Hours for the same ridiculous high Price.
Hard to understand that they not Improve their Price Politics as they could increase the Traffic dramatically.
The Harbour Mall itself never worked and it's now more or less half Empty . It's probably the same Management who created the Entry Fee that keep most potential Customers out.

Harborland is the best kids entertainment center I have found in Thailand. I always take my 7 year old to the 6th /7th floor area and we have a great time and even after several hours she is still begging to stay. We have been stuck in USA for a year because of covid and just got back. She has harborland on top of the list to visit. I don’t really see how anyone can complain about the place, clean safe and a fraction of the cost of entertainment in Europe or USA.

ฮาร์เบอร์เเลนด์พัทยา เรียกว่ารวมความสนุกไว้ทุกชั้น มีโซนที่แตกต่างตามวัยเด็กที่สามารถเข้ามาร่วมสนุกได้เยอะกว่าสาขาอื่นๆ

Seem like this mall just open special for play activities. They have slides and inflatable playground for kid, laser battle and climbing arena so everyone in family can enjoy here.

ตอนแรกจะไปเล่นทะเล มาถึงฮาร์เบอร์แลนด์ เล่นจนลืมทะเลไปเลย เด็กๆสนุกกับสิ่งต่างๆรอบตัว อีกทั้งยังได้เรียนรู้ฝึกทักษะ ไม่มีเบื่อเลย ชอบมากๆค่ะ เดินทางสะดวก อยากให้เปิดใจมาลองเล่นกัน เล่นจนลืมวัยไปเลยค่ะ

This mall is about 10 mins car ride from Terminal 21.
This Harborland mall consists of a few activities like Snowland/ Lazer Battles/ Adventure.... but most people would choose Harbor fun on 6th & 7th floor.
The main ticket office is on the 7th floor. If you go on weekday, not only it’s less crowded, you can also enjoy playing there for the whole day with multiple entries. (Weekend multiple entries ticket only allows you to play 4 hours.) I bought my kids tickets from a discounted website and the adults tickets at the entrance. It’s cheaper that way.
The playground provides free lockers. But check the locks as some of them are malfunction. There’s also a small kiosk on both 6th and 7th floor, selling drinks and snacks at reasonable price. If you want to step out for a quick bite in the mall, there are a few fast food restaurants on the lower levels.
Oh, bring your own socks, no worries if you forget though, you can pay 50b for a pair at the ticket office.

Yes, they are plenty of activity zones that suitable for kids, specially kids' under 13 years old.

My kids aged 16&14. Any suitable activities for them? Even for parents? Worth to purchase whole day entry pass? We would travel to Pattaya fr 20/1-24/1/20. Hope could hear for advise..tq.

If you're in Bangkok ,Take a bus or a van from Ekamai or Morchit bus station and it'll take you to the Pattaya bus station at Pattaya Nuea rd. .Then get a taxi to Harbor Pattaya on Pattaya Klang Rd.
