The cruise was amazing. The location was beautiful, and the whole team were friendly and professional and looked after us so well. Special thanks to Harry and Alex who made the experience so special and memorable for us!

Boat was amazing, service was good, food was not so good for us as we are vegetarian. We had to resolve to eating mainly sandwiches as the pizza was not good at all. The pasta was decent. Harry was professional and took care of us along with Cici.

Recently I had the privilege of embarking on the Elite Of The Seas cruise to explore the breathtaking Ha Long Bay in Vietnam, and the experience was truly exceptional.
A special thank you to David, the outstanding coordinator onboard, who went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. He truly made my birthday an extraordinary celebration, attending to every request with care and thoughtfulness. His efforts turned a special day into an unforgettable one, and I cannot thank him enough for the memories he helped create.
I would also like to recognize Serena, our incredible server, whose dedication and attention to detail were remarkable. She ensured that every meal was beautifully presented and tailored to perfection. Beyond that, Serena’s warm personality and artistic eye for capturing lovely photos added a personal and joyful touch to our experience.
From the luxurious accommodations to the impeccable service, every moment onboard felt like a dream. The team’s commitment to excellence and their ability to create such a magical atmosphere is truly commendable.
Thank you, Elite Of The Seas, for an unforgettable journey that I will treasure forever.

Had a great time aboard, fantastic views and great staff Alex was great made the trip very enjoyable, definitely the best ha long bay trip possible. Will definitely come again.

A dream luxury cruise of Halong bay. Our butler Antony was outstanding. Rachel our private tour guide made our tours memorable and unique. Captain thu was a fantastic captain. We upgraded to the diamond package which was worth every penny. The food and ambience were both amazing. The cabins were spacious and we loved our private cabins.

We had a fantastic experience on the Elite of the Seas! The comfort and cleanliness of our room were excellent.
A special shoutout to our butler, Amy, whose service was outstanding, and to Tony from the customer service crew for his helpfulness. We also want to thank Andrew and Jay from Stellar of the Seas for their great company during our excursions at Viet Hai Village and Ba Trai Dao Beach.
The entire crew was polite and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The smoothness of the cruise allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning views of Ha Long Bay. We highly recommend Elite of the Seas!
While we enjoyed our stay, we believe there’s room for improvement in the safety procedures. Clearer guidance on emergency exits and the location of life jackets would greatly enhance guests’ peace of mind.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and addressing these aspects would make it even better. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Excellent quality ship, staff and food! Alee was an excellent server who made our trip special. The ship offered several activities to explore the bay! We would recommend!

This cruise was amazing. The food was bomb and the crew was so patient and knowledgeable. My husband and I had a great time on our honeymoon. Antony was our butler and he was amazing and always trying to accommodate our needs and helpful to us. Rachel ywas also really wonderful and ensured we were always tended to. Would definitely recommend this to anyone! Great luxury trip!

Enjoyable Cruise! More importantly the service provided by the crew members is excellent! Mr Peter and Mr Harry were very kind and helpful. They were able to guide us during the trip and all the members are very friendly.
