参加了2D1N的行程
船公司会先派车到河内市区接送
坐车四个小时到下龙湾，中间休息半小时
船的外观干净，里面整齐但看的出来有些年纪了
洗澡水量和温度都不错，冷气也够凉
第一天吃了午餐和晚餐，口味不错
下午去坐独木舟/竹筏和游泳、爬山
记得搭竹筏的时候泳衣要穿上身啊～
因为整个行程是排在一起的～
服务人员态度非常好
整个行程是悠闲放松的
我在SE Asia Travel ® Holidays Vietnam.订的行程，专员Trang Nguyen (Ms.)非常贴心还打电话给我确认行程
只是我觉得贵了一点，USD2XX
如果再便宜一点点点会更完美😍

下龙湾是来越南旅游的必到之处。旅行社提供两天一晚和3天两晚的行程。你可以在中午登船，第二天11点前退房即可。整个旅程可以一览下龙湾的美景，还可以搭船到一个小渔村，参观那里神秘的洞窟。导游LE承诺每个人都会很享受这段旅程。他们提供各种娱乐项目，比如烹饪课程，太极拳课程等等。小木船很干净舒服。比较遗憾的是船上的价格太贵了，付了很多钱却买不到什么东西。我不能给满分的原因是船有点陈旧了。

我们在“越南最优惠”网站预定了Glory Junk Boat两天一夜的旅程。除了在刚开始的时候工作人员指引游客上船时有一些喧闹之外，整个行程都很完美。我们船的经理Dong和他的船员很专心、很有礼貌，而且会竭尽所能为大家服务。风景美到让人窒息，你可以在其中享受到很多的短途旅行，包括用传统的划艇参观水寨。食物很赞，虽然之前也知道，但是没想到大部分的食物都是海鲜类为主料制作的，所以除非你真的很喜欢海鲜，不然最好在别处寻找其他的食物或者问问他们是否可以用别的食品来招待你。

正如其他人所说的那样，这个游艇干净、漂亮，而且安排的活动也很有意思。然而食物我很不满意。只不过就是普通水准，而我期待的要高很多。饭是一道道上的，有时候两道菜之间要等很久。除了这个不太好之外，人员还挺热情友善的。

Glory Cruise thanks you so much for your review about our services in Trip Advisor. This is also a good chance for us to have explain about that. We thanks you for your compliments about nice and clean cabin, nice activities on board, professional and friendly crew.
Beside that, you were not happy with the food because of so much time for waiting and not exceed your expectation about food. All the food of Glory Cruise are rechecked by our experiences Chef and be sure fresh food for passengers. However, we are sorry about that and we absolutely will recheck the time between each food and try to get best way to have suitable with your favor.
Once again, Glory Cruise thanks you so much for your contribution and we hope to see you soon in Ha Long Bay to join our services with better food to get suitable with your favor.

Dicembre dovrebbe essere tra i mesi migliori per andare in questa isola molto carina in quanto non è periodo di piogge e monsoni ed il mare dovrebbe essere piuttosto calmo pertanto ottimo per fare snorkeling e visitare le ltre isole tramite la nuovissima funivia!!!!

Hi, I have made a booking with Halong Bay tours, booking confirmation and communication has been great so far. They have also asked for some personal details for each guest booked, most of which is understandable, such as names, nationality, dietary requirements. However they are also asking for DOB, passport numbers and Visa information. Is this normal? This information is rather sensitive so I am rather cautious. Any advice would be great.

I think you will find that many places will ask for this information either before or on arrival. We had to hand our passports to the tour guide on the bus on our way to Halong Bay from Hanoi (which were then returned to us before we arrived) but I cannot recall whether or not we supplied that information when we booked - I think we probably did. We found the whole process very professional. Enjoy the trip!
