Do not trust this Khai Phat Limousine service! They would not bother to pick you up at your hotel or any address like they promised to. But rather, you would have to take a taxi to another location to get on the limousine at your expense. This happened on both my trips from Hanoi to Sapa and return, The driver said that he would reimburse you but later denied this, giving you all kind of excuses such as unexpected traffic congestion or bad weather. Think about his before you pay for their services, it is a scam.

Do not book with these guys and do not use Noibai services - Andy to book either. He use this lot for transport. The cabin sliding door did not close properly and the door flung open at 100km/ph. Suitcases stacked in the cabin. Nine people in a seven seater van.... Can’t get a refund out of them either. Se guys should not be in business. They are dangerous .

We took an overnight trip from the airport up to SaPa, and would love to highly recommend this company if you would love a roller coaster ride in a stuffy tin can through highways and mountain ranges with a driver who had no disregard for safe road rules and ignored us. The cherry on top conclusion to our ride was the driver losing control of the car once we got to their office in SaPa and crashing into the roller door; followed by having the driver get our luggage out - after tending to his damage first - leaving us on the street and shutting the office door in our face (we were promised we could leave luggage in the office while we org a way to our hotel which was out of town)

We had booked the overnight service (00:30-06:00) from Hanoi-Sapa, and paid for return.
Upon collection from the airport, the “Limousine” already had four people in the reclining “comfortable” seats we thought we had booked. This was not the case, and the three of us, all 5ft9 (one of us 6ft4), squeezed into the tiny back seat with no legroom and no reclining seats. We were later to discover that in order to get the reclining seats, you must book the “VIP” seats - this was not displayed at all anywhere when booking the trip. That was only the START of our issues.
The driver was CRAZY and drove SO fast that we were fearing for our lives. We were petrified. He was also overtaking trucks and buses through the hills around blind corners at high speeds, lacking any caution at all.
Being humid SE Asia weather, it was uncomfortable. The driver refused to turn up the air conditioning to a satisfactory level, so we were left sweating and struggling to breathe due to the lack of air the whole journey.
The driver also had his pop/techno music cranked loud the ENTIRE journey, with no care that he had 7 passengers trying to get a little bit of sleep.
The “limo” then started struggling and the battery died half way up through the hills. The electric sliding door then started to slide open and shut, while the car was still moving through the hills!
This was by far the worst travel experience I have EVER encountered, and I am a somewhat experienced traveller. I would recommend for ANYONE booking a limo bus transfer to thoroughly do their research.
Fortunately the booking agent managed to get us a spot return with another bus company, which we are extremely pleased with.
