Good way to get orientation of the city. The bus only runs during limited hours 9am to 6.30pm so there is no point of getting the 24 hour pass - just get the 4 hour one. The traffic was banked up in some areas so it was slow moving. But a great way to see all the commotion below us from the upper deck.

It’s not all bad but it’s not great definitely. The timetable for bus arrival and departure is not accurate so be early. The introductory sightings audio does not tally to what you see half the time. Book this only if you are in no hurry, have a easy going personality and not particular about punctuality and just want to go with the flow to see the sights of Hanoi :p
