第一次到下龙湾，有幸感受了目前最高级的邮轮。从码头到岛上，大约20分钟。两天一夜，景色无敌。工作人员给了最好的服务。念念不忘，一定会开二刷

Should we do the 2 nights or 3 nights? Can we get off from the ship and swim in the bay?
How is the quality of food? Do they accomodate preferences?

I'm not sure if there's 3N. I think you meant 2D1Nor 3D2N.
For me, I orefer 3D2N because when I did 2D1N (due to weather), I felt a bit rushed. I didn't get a chance to relqx more on the boat.
During the afternoon stop, you can swim around the boat. They set up like a net at the back of the boat so that you don't get stung by jellyfishes.
As for the food, they will ask before the trip of your preferences.

Yes, they are. We didn't do any beach stops, but there were towels available at the pool, and for swimming at the rear of the boat in the sea.
