料理教室に参加。シクロでお迎えに来てくれて、市場に向かいます。市場では、ベトナムコーヒーを飲みながら食材の選び方を教えてもらったり、自分たちでお買い物します。その後、料理を何品か作り、実際にいただきます。作った料理もおいしく、調味料のお土産をいただき、料理作成中の写真も撮ってくれ満足でした。欧州客からのリクエストに応じて料理内容を変更したり、ズッキーニの花のフライなど珍しいメニューもあって、良いサービスだなと感じました。

We had the most amazing experience cooking authentic Vietnamese food. Starting the day in the market buying ingredients, we then prepared 4 course under Chef Vu’s direction.
The food we produced was fantastic (if I do say so myself)

The day started great with a bike ride from the hotel. Then you go to the local market tio get the ingredients with a guide. Chef Le is excellent in attending to our needs and assists. when necessary. The food came out perfect and I learned a lot that I can take back to my own cooking. I highly recommend this.

They pick you up at hotel you stay and they take you around the city by cyclo which is even fun. Cooking class is very interesting. Staff are nice and they explained very kind I really had fun thank you so much

The cyclo trip is around one hour. The drivers pick us up ftom hotel and to the sightseeing points that near central post office. The drivers are good and safe. They also help us in photo taking. We enjoy the trip. Then we are droved to the restaurant for lunch. The lunch is coffee with egg which is special with good taste.
總結整個行程,感覺良好.隨風送爽.坐在單車𥚃,不用到處尋找景點,與幾十架電單車同行在馬路上,難得的經驗。午餐包括沙律,湯,飯及魚.最難忘是那杯蛋咖啡,味道好及特别。

The day begins with Miss Mai giving a very informative overview of the history, and food of Vietnam as we travel from the city.m Arriving at the location for the sidecard ride we had a delightful sugarcane drink. The ride was great fun and the view of the farm land was beautiful. Arriving at CuChi Tunnel was a most interesting historical tour. We then traveled to the farm and had such a good time learning from Chief An.

Really nice experience. We were picked up at our hotel for a cycle ride through the city. After that, we went to the market to buy ingredients for the class.
During class, we learned how to make Pho, Morning Glory, Fried Spring Roll & omelette. Le was a great teacher and we had a lot of fun. Definitely recommend.

Si vous passez dans le coin, arrêtez vous!
Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, une déco originale!
Si vous aimez les endroits atypiques, chaleureux, où l'on mange bien, et pas cher !
Attention, ce n'est pas un restaurant à touristes ! Une excellente cuisine vietnamienne!
Je me suis régalée jusqu'au egg coffee.
