Mum's special treat to end her recent trip to Vietnam was to have her very own Ao Dai made.
The ladies at Viet Thanh Silk were lovely, easily understood what we were after & tailored the design.
A wonderful selection of materials were available. After our initial visit Mum had one fitting & then it was ready to pick up the following day (48 hours in total).
Mum has already found several occasions to wear it whilst back home.
I would definitely look to use Viet Thanh Silk again for our tailoring in HCMC.

Back in Saigon in May this year 2024, and very happy with my silk Mao collar shirts made at Viet Thanh last year, I went back, and in just 3 days, they were able to make 3 very beautiful shirts for me Magnificent silk Mao collar, supplied by the store.
Mai’s welcome is always very warm and friendly!
Thank you again and congratulations to the whole team, so adorable, efficient and so punctual for delivery!

Excellent sewing work and completed so quickly. I requested a custom dress and it was ready for pickup in two days. The shop staff provided many fabric options and made the dress exactly to my specifications. Wonderful service and attention to detail (including extra covered buttons on the inside hem) I would have ordered more if I had more time in HCM and will definitely return on my next visit!

Excellent quality, quick & reliable service, very reasonable prices. My wife & I bought a tailor made linen blouse and a two-piece suit, both made quickly and a great fit. We strongly recommend Viet Thanh Silk.

We had the best possible experience making suit here. The ladies there were so nice, friendly and kept going extra miles for us. We had the suit made within 1 day!

Amazing quality and very good service. We arrived in ho chi min on a Thursday night, went straight to the shop and asked to have some clothes made (shirt and dress). Everything was ready in less than 48 hours. Price is fair for the quality. Mai has been very nice and patient! We will be back one day

I recently got a custom suit at Viet Thanh Silk in Saigon, and it's seriously top notch. The suit's quality is amazing, and the price is reasonable. Mai was awesome, super helpful, speaks fluent English, and made the whole process a breeze. I totally recommend everyone, especially tourists visiting Saigon, to check them out for a tailored suit – you won't regret it!

I came in on the day when their English-speaking front desk was not there luckily there was a customer who spoke English/Vietnamese and helped me translate what I wanted and it came out perfectly!! (I was somewhat worried but there was also a fitting session to fix any issues) I wanted the better material but they didn't have my color so I opted for 2nd tier mat which is about $ 200 total for my custom suit with pants
I went in 3 times to get my suit done.
The first time to measure, 2nd time for fitting, and the final fitting/pick-up. I have a few buddies who also got their suits made with me and needed to make adjustments in the final fitting/pick-up but they did the changes on the spot.
Overall 5/5 service, 5/5 quality, and 5/5 for cost will come back for custom suit again!

Great quality and service!
She speaks English well and try to understand what kind of dress I want.
My husband ordered a suit and she gave me details about our size by WhatsApp.
We can also order from Japan whenever we want.

I don't know. I inquired for trousers and suit. I can tell you that for trousers alone they charge about 50 USD. For a two piece suit they charge about 150 USD Kashmir fabric.
