I biked to this spot in a very nice day. The renting was smooth. This spot had a view looking to Han River. Quite amazing. Recommend for a stroll or bike.

Sau khi được xây dựng lại, bến bạch đằng khá đẹp và lãnh mạn. Tôi đến vào một buổi chiều, ngồi ghế đá công viên cùng với bạn uống ly cafe. Các tài cao tốc, tàu chở khách đi thăm quan sông tới lui vô cùng thú vị. Hiện tại có thêm 1 cây cầu bắc qua sông Bạch Đằng khá đẹp để cùng chiêm ngưỡng cùng bạn bè. Điều thiếu sót là không có chỗ giữ xe, gởi xe khá xa nên bất tiện nếu bạn di chuyển bằng phương tiện cá nhân.

I first came here in 1998 and every visit I make an effort to enjoy the Sau Rieng smoothie and every time they look at me like a crazed foreigner. So they give me a small spoon of Durian ice cream and I go yum! And then explain I’ve been coming here for 20 years. That aside if you like durian you’ll love their Sau Rieng smoothie. Ice cold with just the right component of durian. Great on a sticky humid HCMC day.

ベンタイン市場周辺から徒歩10分くらいの、
サイゴン川沿いにある公園です。公園内からはサイゴン
川が望め、水上バス乗り場や、カフェがあります。
繁華街からはすぐの立地ですが、観光客はあまりおらず、
落ち着いて過ごせます。

The river walk is lovely, even in the rain. Great to have a stroll down from the Statue and just spend some time watching the boats go by on the river.
The green area is relatively well-kept but watch out for slippery floors when it’s raining! I nearly had an embarrassing accident involving the splits!

The hardest part of the walk is crossing, the incredibly busy made road, the main problem is the scooters/buses/trucks/cars get a sped up, once crossed it is actually quite peaceful (with the background noise of course), be sure to stop and admire the cannons/guns pointing out to the river, there is plenty of seating at the pier for a rest also many vendors selling there wares, we continued on past the maritime flag pole, finishing at Mong (pedestrian) bridge, which is definitely worth a visit (see review).

We went walking here during the night after having a meal at Ganesh Restaurant which was walking distance from here
It was quite dead by the time we had reached here and I had expected to be much more lively.. also it was very difficult to cross the road and reach here with the heavy ongoing crazy traffic
