We booked this tour because we wanted to taste the flavors of Ho Chi Minh City and we got so much more. We were able to arrange a pick-up at our cruise terminal and our guide, Leah, took advantage of the time to tell us so much about the area and history of HCM. Once we reached the market area, Leah took us from place to place, explaining about the food and all the sights we were seeing. At our request, we combined the food tour with a general tour so we were able to see the top spots of the city before delving into the market. Even with the numerous closures due to the New Year celebrations, we were treated to Pho, Vietnamese pancakes, spring rolls, crab in a clay pot, a Vietnamese flan dessert, and coffee.Everything was delicious! Leah kept us learning the whole time and our conversation never wavered.She helped us shop in the market and get good prices on a few things to take home. The pictures she took and shared are amazing and the memories will last a lifetime. I can't express enough what a wonderful day this was and what a wonderful person Leah is. Thank you!

Our bike riders were wonderful. Siang our main guide was so nice and so informative on the history and food. Incredible way to see the city, we loved it.
We went last week and all four of us are in our forties. So many laughs and omg moments 👍👍👍😀

I loved zipping around Saigon with Sang, who was an amazing ambassador for his city and tour guide.
The ride itself is really fun! I had absolute confidence in Sang. He listened to what I wanted to do and then took me to several places to see/tour. He provided a lot of information and was very pleasant and thoughtful. He even followed up with me after the tour to suggest places that I’d asked about.
They provide a helmet, which is definitely wear. Thought I didn’t see a single accident — or even a near miss.

This night food tour was splendid! This is an experience one should not miss. The food were authentic and unpretentious yet delicious! Loved the Vietnamese pancake/crepe. Leah, my guide, was great, informative and fun to be with! Highly recommended and will definitely book another tour if I'm back at HCMC.

Did the food tour about 4 years ago did the night sightseeing with food ,once again the girls did a great job saw all the sights and had two cracking meals as well would highly recommend , their is nothing to fear on this motor bike tour as the guides are very good bike riders enjoy

Amazing! We were both a little apreneshive given what could happen but our guides could not be faulted. They spoke perfect English and quickly put us at ease. Your are provided with a helmet. You are advised not to take expensive items out in the evening but do not worry they take a camera out for you. Note you might see rats!

Only had a couple of days in HCMC. Booked a morning city tour for our family , 2 teenage daughters. We had Leah and Sang as main tour guides. Would have felt overwhelmed and daunted with out their informative caring introduction to this amazing city.
I could ask Leah anything whilst travelling on the back of her bike. Her knowledge of the history of their country is amazing and her English impeccable
First lesson was how to cross a road safely snd confidently .. never looked back and fabulous to know at the beginning of our 2 week holiday
We had plenty of time to be shown the sights, taken to Chinese Pagoda off the beaten track.. amazing place.
Talking about the history of Vietnam and life today helped us get a understanding of the whole country which was invaluable for our travels through Vietnam . So much better than reading a history book!
Introduced to Vietnamese coffee.. never looked back
Would highly recommend you book this tour as soon as you arrive in HCMC.
They are safe drivers, beautiful people and all could speak amazing English .
Chose this group as they donate items to a few different charities .
We all loved this experience and were so pleased that we did this the day after we arrived
Booked the next day with this company

We did the backroads tour as a family with two teens. Our four drivers/guides were great - locals, enthusiastic, friendly and engaging. And safe drivers!
We worked our way across several districts, taking in a huge variety of sights and getting the local insights and perspective.
We stopped for drinks (coffee, sugar cane juice and more) and lots of photos!
Highly recommend this is a way of seeing HCMC - it’s a big place and this way you see a bit of everything.

This was a great tour! With only 2 days in Ho Chi Minh we wanted to eat and see as much as possible in a short time, and this was a great add in to our trip! The food was great and explained in great detail by our guides Swang and Quan. We were also told cool facts as we drive between the different restaurants both about the food and the city. So above and beyond my expectations. And the cherry on top was the donation a part of the fee went towards helping local children or people. Such a great idea! I will definitely do this tour again if I come back!

Hi not sure if ITours does something over that many days but several of the staffers have impeccable english and you shouldn't have any issues getting them to answer questions you may have.

Hello MaineGlobeTrotters,
All of our tours are private and we offer a few touring options you can choose from. If you are adventurous and wish to be immersed in the city's traffic by motorbikes, children between the ages of 3 and 8 can ride together in between you and the driver. We provide standardized safety tested helmets for all passengers - we even have children sized helmets. Alternatively, you can choose to see the city in a private AC van, by rickshaws/cyclos, or a combination.

Hello, since you'll be in Ho Chi Minh for 2 days, you can try a motorbike tour to really immerse yourself in the Vietnamese culture and feel the city a different way. Places to see are War Remnant Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, and Reunification Palace. If you have some more time to spare, visit one of the temples and pagodas in the city and try out the Vietnamese cuisines such as Banh Cuon and Banh Xeo. Happy travels.
