We have a very bitter experience with the tour management of V-Lead Co at Ho Chi Minh City. Their tour guide Hugen was very temperamental on occasions and had made visit to Ho Chi Minh City uncomfortable. Tour management charged highly but the guide had the audacity and discourtesy to say that u people eat beyond the limit of US 12 $ per person. It was very rude and discourteous way to say such words to a group of premier clients paying $ 875 per person. It was a bad experience to foreign tourists contributing towards their tourist industry by paying in dollars.I urge the Company to take stock of their approach and facilitate their valued clients with professional courtesy and norms.

Huyen - unsere Tourführerin hat die Gruppe toll geleitet. Lebhaft und anschaulich. Super Englisch und sehr Stolz auf Ihre Arbeit/Land. War eine schöne Erfahrung. Vielfältig angenehm und informativ.
