I can only say that you will regret it if you go in and gamble. I lost nearly $100,000 in 2 months. The machines are all operated in the background. Whether you play blackjack or baccarat, it is the same. In the blackjack game, the dealer will have 20 or 21 in 40 games or black jack. Do you believe it? Wouldn't it be better for me to go to Macau Casino to play with more than $100,000? This casino ruined my life. It is all operated in the background, including the lottery. If any of you want to go there, I advise you not to play there.And the customer service is very rude, as long as you have money they will treat you well, but if you complain they will ignore you, is this kind of casino still in operation? This casino is really bad bad bad I went prior and had very bad experience too much lost almost 1 lakh USD so my friends visited Saigon so they insisted to go there I said no we go to New world casino it’s better and better offers than this Palazo b’cose here Machions are already fixed programming prior and only permanent guest they win jackpots and draw this reality many knows but friend’s still force as they were staying in Sheraton so I went you don’t believe my all friends we all together loose almost 55,000$ and some guest were getting jackpots and one got grand so many others were talking that don’t get surprised here only permanent guest getting jackpots after loosing they fixed programs in Machion . So my really by gear Advice to tourist and those who are living in Saigon that visit new world Saigon casino but but but never go to Palazo they will take all your money by smiling smiling and offering food and drinks . Many staff very friendly with permanent guest they even stand and talking sexy by body language and guest also very friendly with them so this casino has too much fixing . Save your self and I am openly saying those who are really all know we all can make group chat then meet together and go to people committee of Saigon to close this casino , all managers are corrupt . Really we should take serious action I am already ready and with me have more 18 people already those who are living here and we have recording of one of permanent guest who got grand jackpot how he got and what Palazo doing we have in voice recording that person can meet people committee with us but he wants his name shouldn’t come out . Everyday I am standing near Sheraton and approaching people and getting slowly slowly many in group so friends come forward we can complain to people committee this is communist country so government will listen surely

Don't go to the Palazzo. I just lost 1700 in 1 hour. Not 1 free game not 1 bonus. I asked manager what slots paid and why they only take your money and IDK was the response. I've been to Atlantic City, Macao and Las Vegas and the Palazzo in Saigon is the worst by far. They should be held accountable for being so crooked

This casino has everything all programs fixed in Machion so if you have luck also you can’t win . This casino giving all jackpots draws all to permanent guest , gold card and platinum cards members only for them they give because they spent huge amount so casino take care of them only . Now 2 cent Machion play even 500$ to 600$ but no free game this casino has fixed Machion . Hate this casino worst place . Never visit here specially tourist who don’t know anything I advice you that don’t go here try another casinos in Hochimin city 👎

Worst casino i have ever seen , usually going spending too much amount every time but not getting anything , this casino targeting only some guest who are korean only . Have anyone heard that chines , taiwanese , indian and other nationalities won geand huge jackpot or big amount after spending even 50,000$ no never because they fixed with card and guest that today they will give huge amount and jackpot to them important guest only , very very disappointed with palazp never trust them and never go here . Everything is fixed prior and one more thing always advertise jackpot timing odd early morning like 7.45 am or night that time most of guest not available here all is fake . Too much disappointing

Cheater & Fraud casino, always advertising this that jackpot but I am going in this casino for years living in Saigon but I never got single jackpot, this casino has all fixed always jackpot to Korean people why ? I also play very high bet and lost too much amount but I never got jackpot all the Machions Palazo fixed with member card, I lost too much amount this is terrible cheater casino . I am strongly advise that don’t go here better try other casinos. Horrible & worst experience 😡😡😡😡😡

Shamful and bad bad place for gambling here everything is fixed and staff is too rude .we all played longtime for mighty cash machion but there was not single jackpot fall and even higher Bates like 10,20$ there is no mighty cash all fixed up .I saw by my eyes one guy put 10,000$ for play in machion and when he won around 3000$ and cash out then manager came and put some password and check for jackpot that how come he won little too we all friends lost too much we will never go this place better go try another place here lucky draw ,jackpot machions all under control so no one can win never go

Worst place , cheater casino all Machions are fixed you can’t win . Even they give free play to some members only who used to play huge money . Jackpot all fixed draw all fixed . Never visit this casino better go to Pullman , Carvelle , new world Saigon casino . Very bad place for gambling . Never never go Plazo club casino in Sheraton hotel Hochimin city vietnam .

Nice Gaming Club. Not very big but cozy & clean. Comfortable seats, new machines. Beautiful & friendly staffs, always smile & ask if i need anything. Rebate 5 - 10% daily.
