I came about his company from tripAdvisor having an excellent rating and good reviews. I contacted Ms My Tien Rachel who was very eager and helpful in ways on my querries, bookings and tours. I booked my post Christmas vacation and upon arrival in Hanoi - my Halong bay overnight cruise ( she upgraded me to King's cruise), my Sapa tour, Fansipan, Hanoi city tour and up to bringing me safely to the airport on my way home - ALL ARE SMOOTH and I RECEIVED THE BEST SERVICE on this vacation. Special credit to my tour guide in Hanoi ( Mr. Koa and his safe driver) and Ms. Thao La Lala and his driver Lolo on my Sapa and Fansipan trip. ALL of them provided me with a good tour guiding services and assistance. I and my companion were treated like VIPs. I will definitely arrange another trip with them in Vietnam this coming autumn. More power !!!

We had a half day trip from HCMC to Cu Chi tunnels with Rachel My Tien in a private tour. We were picked up from our airbnb promptly. Communications from Rachel prior to the trip was brilliant. The tour was interesting especially with Rachel's company who talked us through not only the history of Cu Chi tunnels but also the sight seeing points and Vietnamese culture when we were in the car journey on the trip. Rachel was welcoming and passionate on what she did. The programme in Cu Chi was amazing and we got to get into tunnels, watch the traps set up by the Viet Cong and many more. It is highly recommended who has not been should pay a visit to the place with a trustworthy travel agent such as Vietventure.

I enjoyed my trip at ho chi minh city.The tour guide was very friendly and good.I do learn something new throughout the journey. Im looking forward to visit the city again.

We enjoyed this fuss-free private tour very much. Our tour guide, Rachel, who speaks fluent English and French, was taking great care of us, she was very professional, polite and helpful in making our tour a smooth, safe and enjoyable one. The van was very clean and spacious, driver’s driving skill was steady and safe. The tour timing was pretty well planned, we didn’t feel rushed at all, one of the luxuries of taking a private tour was that the tour follows our pace instead. Thank you Rachel for the great memory and taking great photos for us. Would highly recommend and use Viet Ventures for our visit in Vietnam again.

I initially booked flights to Vietnam with plans to work out the travel myself. Very glad i didn't . I went through a travel agency Viet ventures who organised all the travel and tours. My Tien set up all the details for the trip and was our tour guide in the South of Vietnam and Thuy in central Vietnam. Both very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend them and company - a very big thank you to them both.
Vietnam is a wonderful place and i would recommend travelling around the country to get a sense of the country ..

Circuit du Nord au Sud durant lequel Vietventure a été très professionnelle et dont la réactivité a été à la hauteur. Des guides cultivés, disponibles et à l'écoute maîtrisant parfaitement le français et passionnés par leur métier. Grand merci à tous

Vietventure est une agence que je conseille pour leur professionnalisme, leur écoute et leur réactivité. Nous avons fait un circuit du nord au sud et tous les guides ont été bienveillants, passionnés par leur culture et maîtrisant très bien le français. Merci à tous

- The trip was a great adventure 😃

Thuy et Bao Ngoc de supers conseils, toujours disponibles et à l écoute. Nous avons grâce à elles etabli un programme sur mesure pour notre petit groupe pour 1 mois. Tout était méticuleusement conforme à ce qui a été prévu. Les guides étaient eux aussi très attentionnés, à notre écoute et disponibles. Merci à elles d avoir permis que nous profitions de vacances merveilleuses, toutes leurs attentions ont été de merveilleux conseils !! Nous avons fêté 2 anniversaires dans les magnifiques endroits, vacances de rêve !!!!
