We booked the 3-day Mekong delta tour. Booking was via internet and the communication was excellent, all my questions were speedily answered. We got to see everything as was advertised. Things worked out very well, everything was nicely organized and the tour guide explained the sights and the procedure well. I would like to give some hints on how this works to let others better choose their tour. We spent a little extra for 3-star hotels. The two hotels were very nice - they gave me the names of the hotel ahead so I could check online if they sound ok. After a day full of traveling and program it's a relief to spend the night in a nice hotel. The company offers 2-day and 3-day tours coming back to Ho Chi Minh and also a tour to take people to Cambodia. People from all 3 type of tours board the same bus and do the first 1.5 days together. That's where most the activities happen. On the second day at noon the 2-day tour people head back to Ho Chi Minh. The others board on a 3.5 hour drive to Chau Doc which is already pretty close to the boarder of Cambodia. In the late afternoon, just before sunset, a quick visit to Tra Su is done. On the third day we spent 8 hours in the bus to get back to Ho Chi Minh, which was really not exciting. We booked the 3-day tour because we were keen to see Tra Su, especially the birds. However, the visit there is far too short. The boat rides were short and there was no stopping for anything. The nicest kingfisher can be perched just next to you and the boat keeps going. Nobody cares. There were quite a few birds there (for Vietnam standards!) and it was sad to just zoom through without being able to look at them. We spent 7 hours extra in the bus just for this and it was not worth it. However, if you are going to Cambodia this is a nice stop on the way. The scenery of Tra Su is very beautiful. In short I would recommend to either do the 2-day Mekong Delta tour or the tour to Cambodia.

Beo was our bilingual guide for our day trip to the Mekong Delta. He was very enthusiastic and informative. Beo never missed pointing out details along the bus, boat, canoe, and bicycle rides throughout the long day. His energy is what kept the group interested even as the day grew long.
The busses first stop at a gift manufacturer which included a private closed sales demonstration of fifteen minutes prior to us all being asked to go through the many aisles of the gift shop before we could get back on the bus. This was a very disappointing start to the day after over two hours on the road. If this was eliminated from the itinerary then I would give the tour and it’s guide a five star review.
Thank you Beo for all your high energy smiles. You made it a great day.

Super journée..guide très intéressant gentil et soucieux de notre sécurité. Très bon repas bien organisé peu d'attente entre chaque activité. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour 7 EUR par pers (4pers) balade repas calèche goûter dégustation de miel tour de barque nombreuses démonstrations. Je recommande ce tour et cette agence.

Had a great trip – well organised and good communication from sinhcafe. There was a bit of confusion about the payment via PayPal but we got that sorted eventually and are happy with how they dealt with it.
The trip was in a nice modern air-conditioned minibus and our tour guide George was amazing. Only wish we had a bit longer to spend with the monkeys as we didn’t stop for long.

We booked in November 2 days Mekong Delta Tour. It was very good. Booking was per E-mail & WhatsApp. For payment come agent to our hotel. Next day we were picked up from the hotel. Tour guide was great.

Not recommend !!
I had really awful experience with SinhCafe travel agency ! We choice 2 days 3 nights trek in Sapa ( go and come back by train, stayed a night in Homestay)
1: Agency do Not told us we can choice the class of train, they give us a really basic coach.
2: The trek we choose,first day 12km, second day 10km. They didn't show or inform the customer about they're trek (no any pictures about the trek ) ! Was horrible ! Only have mud and pass by one foot, even have big rain still need going, so I fall in the valley with 4 months pregnancy !!
3: Homestay did not changed the bed sheets !!!!!!!! Is really disgusting ! And smell bad ! M family and I have "skin allergy" after Homestay!
4 : After services ZERO ! We went back to agency for explain about we have skin allergy because of dirty sheets. They don't care ! Only answer: Not Our Responsibility !
By the way : any trek or trip NOT including "INSURANCE"
NO INSURANCE ! NO INSURANCE !

I am writing to express my great pleasure in taking the 3 day, 2 night Mekong Delta guided tour with SinhCafe Travel during November 25, 26 and 27, 2016. The service provided by the staff including Ms Zenny, Trinh, and Tony the tower guide was excellent (5 points). During the tour we took a number of boat rides on the Mekong River, visited a floating market and also a bird watching Sanctuary. I stayed in 3 and 4 Star hotels. Tony our tour guide was able to retrieve a lost camera to me that was particularly valuable to me.
