THIS COOKING CLASS ROCKS!!!!

What a wonderful and humbling experience taking this cooking class. From the street markets in downtown Hue to cooking authentic vietnamese food in a veitnamese family home was an eye opening experience for me. Great food and awesome guide. Highly recommend.

The best chef in town

Anh's cooking class was great. he was calm with explanations which made it easy to remember. We cooked delicious food and ate it in between. Anh is a good teacher who also gives tips what you can use in your own country if something is not there. in short, a great evening

Best thing we did in Hue!

My friend and I did a cooking class with Anh and it was our favourite thing we did in Hue. He showed us how to make 3 dishes, step by step and sent us the recipes afterwards so we can make them at home. It was so nice to see how these vietnamese dishes are made and he taught us well because the food we made was delicious. Throughout, we had great conversation with Anh and he taught us a lot about vietnamese culture. I would recommend his class to anyone visiting Hue!

Anh is an amazing teacher. This is the best cooking class in vietnam. I learnt so much, the food was delicious, plus we had a lot of food to take home. Anh is very skilled and passionate about cooking. Thank you again! We had so much fun

A must for anyone who loves Vietnamese food1

We did this cooking class as a family and loved every second of it! Anh is an wonderful cook, and a master with Vietnamese food. He explains every receipe and patiently guides you as you try do follow his instructions. With five people in one class, all with different levels of cooking knowledge, Anh had no problem and managed to see everything and help everyone. But he is also just a great person and it was q pleasure for us to discuss with him about Vietnamese traditions, habits and much more. Time really flew and this experience was one of the best things we have done during our holiday. I can only recommend this to anyone who loves Vietnamese food and who wants to have an authentic experience.

Una visita incredibile e deliziosa nel cibo locale
Abbiamo fatto la Hué Speciality Food Taste con Anh ed è stato a dir poco incredibile. È una vera esperienza local, Anh ci ha portato in varie tappe di Hué per farci assaggiare il meglio. Lui è estremamente gentile, flessibile, si adatta alle tue esigenze, fa vivere la città a 360 gradi e ci ha permesso di entrare completamente nella cucina di Hué (era tutto delizioso).
Consiglio a chiunque venga a Hué di provare questa esperienza con la cooking class, anzi, di venire ad Hué appositamente per questo perché è un’esperienza unica.

Nous avons suivi les cours de cuisine d'Ahn. Il nous a accueilli la veille du stage, puis est venu nous cherché pour les cours. Ahn est attentionné et compétent, nous avons passé un excellent moment. Aussi, nous avons découvert la cuisine locale au travers du food tour, où Ahn nous a emmené dans des restaurants pour locaux, avec des plats succulents et pertinents.
Au delà de la qualité des stages que nous propose Ahn, nous avons découvert un personnage profond et formidablement humain : notre plus belle rencontre humaine en 1 mois au Vietnam. N'hésitez pas si vous souhaitez à la fois découvrir la cuisine vietnamienne mais aussi partager un moment privilégié avec cette si belle personne. Merci Ahn pour ces moments parfaits ensemble. Francois et Hélène

We followed Ahn's cooking classes. He welcomed us the day before the course, then came to pick us up for the classes. Ahn is attentive and competent, and we had a great time. We also discovered the local cuisine through the food tour, where Ahn took us to restaurants for locals, with succulent and relevant dishes.
Over and above the quality of the courses Ahn offered us, we discovered a deep and tremendously human character: our most beautiful human encounter in 1 month in Vietnam. Don't hesitate if you want to discover Vietnamese cuisine and share a special moment with this wonderful person. Thank you Ahn for these perfect moments together.Francois and Hélène
