A gracious hotel with charming staff. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of many Hue restaurants, bars and cafés. The reception staff are extremely helpful and a safe way to organise extra activities. For example, l opted to go on a river trip to Thien Mu pagoda and this was easily arranged. My ‘sore muscles’ massage, with warm pads of herbs creating some pressure, was both relaxing and toning - it got rid of all my ‘knots’! The Spa itself looks wonderful, not the tiny pool l had imagined! A great place to recharge your batteries.
Food was varied, plentiful and very good quality. The breakfast buffet is extensive and caters for most conceivable tastes. I also ate one evening in the Madame Chau restaurant, the room is large and airy with a balcony, transforming its atmosphere as the day goes on. I recommend the vegetarian menu (just ask for it), which caters well for vegans, which l am. They cook to order and l had a delicious meal.
Finally, a shout out for room service (fast and efficient) and the laundry - careful and quick work. All in all, excellent value, most enjoyable.
PS if they had soya milk or another plant based milk, that would extend the options for non dairy folk.

The service was impeccable. The hotel decor, including in our room, was gorgeous. And the breakfast was the best we’ve had since the beginning of our Vietnam vacation about 10 days ago. All in all, exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Alba.

Der Spabereich des Alba Spa Hotels in Hue ist sensationell: Die Rezeption mit Nhi und den beiden Therapeutinnen Huyen und Thanh sind fabelhaft. Guter Service, tolle Beratung,saubere Einrichtung und Räume,ebenso die sensationelle Massage. Wir haben es sehr genossen und bedauern,dass wir nur zwei Tage hier bleiben,bevor wir weiterreisen. Wir können allen diesen Wellnessbereich uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!

寝台列車の旅だったので、シャワーとジャグジーを使いたくて利用しました。時間があったので、全身のボディマッサージ60分も受けました。
男女別の更衣室があり、小さなシャワールームがついています。
マッサージは、さすがホテルというクオリティで気持ちよかったです。
ジャグジーは暑すぎず、冷たいお湯も用意されているので長く入ることもできます。混浴でフロントから見える構造になっていて、水着が必要なので注意してください。
とてもおしゃれな空間でした。
ジャグジーだけのプランもありますが、マッサージは予約したほうがいいかもしれません。私はタイミングが良くて予約なしで受けられましたが、前後の時間は予約でいっぱいだったようです。

Very friendly, small hotel with spa facilities and an excellent large twin pool jacuzzi. Good breakfast and coneniently placed close to weekend pedestrianised zone next to the river. Very good value.

Khách sạn nằm trong con đường nhỏ và gần trung tâm. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình đặc biệt là bác bảo vệ. Bữa ăn sáng rất ngon, hồ sục khoáng nhỏ và xinh xinh. Nếu có dịp trở lại tôi sẽ ghé lại khách sạn này.

Gia đình chúng tôi có 3 phòng ở tại Alba Spa Hotel trong một dịp đi chơi bằng xe máy những ngày cuối năm 2020. Sau chặng đường 100km từ Đà Nẵng tới Huế, chúng tôi được chào đón bằng những ly nước hoa dâm bụt thơm mát cùng nụ cười của các bạn lễ tân. Quy trình nhận phòng diễn ra nhanh chóng, chúng tôi bước vào phòng của mình với mùi hương sả (hơi nồng) gợi nhắc một lần nữa đây là khách sạn chuyên về spa. Cả 3 phòng của chúng tôi đều rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, có view thành phố và mỗi phòng được đặt tên theo một loài hoa. Giường rộng rãi, nệm êm, phòng tắm rộng với nước nóng và áp lực nước mạnh đã giúp chúng tôi lấy lại sức sau chuyến đi dài. Theo sự gợi ý của các bạn lễ tân, chúng tôi đã thử trải nghiệm bồn sục jacuzzi tại khu spa tầng 1 và điều đó đã không làm chúng tôi thất vọng.
Sau khi khám phá thành phố Huế xinh đẹp, thưởng thức đôi ba lon bia Huda, chúng tôi trở về khách sạn và chìm vào giấc ngủ rất ngon. Ngày hôm sau chúng tôi xuống nhà hàng Madame Châu ăn bữa sáng chọn món với nhiều loại đồ ăn được chế biến theo ý thích riêng của từng khách. Đồ ăn ngon và nhân viên phục vụ bàn cũng rất nhiệt tình. Trưa hôm đó chúng tôi trả phòng, thủ tục diễn ra nhanh và các bạn lễ tân cũng giúp gia đình chúng tôi chụp những bức ảnh đẹp. Tạm biệt Alba Spa Hotel cùng thành phố Huế với sự hài lòng, chắc chắn chúng tôi sẽ quay lại khi có dịp và sẽ gợi ý cho bạn bè nếu họ có ý định tới đây.

With a few spare hours on a Sunday afternoon in Hue my wife decided to venture out to the Alba spa after reading some positive reviews. She was not disappointed at all and came back refreshed and relaxed. The young man at the hotel reception was welcoming and immediately directed her to the spa entrance where she was guided in choosing her treatments ( a back,neck and shoulder massage and timeless facial) by Ty the receptionist who was helpful and explained there was a 20% discount for treatments before 2pm and made the appointment. It was also suggested she arrive a little early to use the heated jacuzzi which was a great start to her experience. The treatments were provided by Thanh who was an excellent masseuse, attentive and keen to ensure she was comfortable throughout. My wife said it was a very professional service and a great experience altogether.
