This is my first time doing a night time zipline and the views of Yerevan was breath taking at night. The instructor was very polite and caring, making sure I was comfortable. The whole experience was pleasant and fun.

The tour showed us the best places in Yerevan. The guide Tirayr was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He also helped us with a few personal needs. Can really recommend this for a first day in the city.

From the beginning Karen and other staff were responsive and detailed about services offered and were flexible. Arrangements were made for a several day tour online and through Whatsapp. Karen is down to earth, he listens and does what he can to help you.
During the first tour there were some various issues, at the beginning of the tour everything was good but as it went on things started happening. Karen fixed the problems immediately and the next day everything went as planned. Although there was a hiccup, the company is able to respond quickly and resolve issues, which is very important when looking for a reputable company. Nothing always goes perfect, but how a company recovers from it is what counts.
Karen, the owner, is very good. And even though there were issues, problems were resolved fairly and quickly. I would not hesitate to use Juva again and do highly recommend them. There are many services in Armenia but finding a trustworthy company had been hard, but I know I made the right decision.
The tours were great, I am so glad I came to Armenia and arranged a tour with Juva. They made a schedule for me and were flexible, there were several plans at the beginning and a few things were changed, but it was all for the better, they are very good at arranging things to make the experience best for the customer.
If you are looking and looking and looking, but cannot find a decent service, you need to look no further. Juva is the answer you have been looking for. Forget those big group tours, I had planned to do one also before I found Juva as I almost gave up. But I am so glad I did not book with one of the big tour groups, the experience would not have been good.

Me and my husband were in Armenia in Fabruary for holidays. We had a last minute change of our plans and needed to go to Tbilisi, we contacted several agencies and Karen was the first one to respond us and organise our transfer within the same day. We did not have time to visit any sites. Our driver Samvel was professional, he took us to Tbilisi safely and on time.

We, 4 friends contacted Juva Tours to organise our transfer to Tbilisi and visit UNESCO sights on the way. It was really nice way to continue our journey to Georgia as we had the chance to have Karen as our dirver guide. He is really nice person to travel with and knows his country perfectly. We mostly appreciated our lunch with the family in Alaverdi. They were so hospitable and the food, especially the homemade vodka )).
I highly recommend to use Juva' services, they are brilliant starting with email exchange till goodbye.

We took Yerevan City walking tour with Karen. we've done many tours in cities all around the world and this was by far one of the most interesting. He was so knowledgeable and gave us such a broad overview of the city. Interesting stories and brief course of Armenian history too. We enjoyed it very much, especially our coffe break.

My four friends and I travelled in Armenia in June and it was just an excellent voyage.
We were fortunate enough to have Karen as our guide he knows perfectly Armenia history and culture.We had a great experience exploring the country. A friend of our family used Juva Tours and she recommended us to contact them. We didn't have the intention to explore Soviet Heritage in Armenia but as it looked like something very different from what we saw on the web, we decided to take this tour.
It was just outstanding tour with our guide Davit was so knowledgable about Soveit times and the architecture. No doubt Armenia has many things to offer referring Soviet times and we really enjoyed our trip. In most of the places we were the only tourists which made us feel quite special )).
Davit was really kind person and easily made friends with our 6 year old daughter.

We did a customized private tour around the countryside of Yerevan visiting some wineries and and Lake Sevan. Meline is a fantastic guide - really knowledgeable about local history, considerate, really smart and funny. She was simply our highlight.
We started our tour to visit one of the lakes, stopped at a little Soviet town had a cup of coffee in a cafe where they did not expect any foreigner )), it was fun. We were lucky as the days were mild and sunny, we did enjoy our time. We ended our tour in the winery in Areni village where Meline told us history about of the the region and its wine culture. The views were spectacular and I would recommend to anyone who's interested in well-organized tour in Armenia.

In coppia siamo stati in visita in Armenia a gennaio di quest'anno, una settimana fantastica soprattutto grazie alla professionalità ed esperienza di Karen. Abbiamo optato per diverse gite giornaliere in macchina da Yerevan, durante le quali Karen si è dimostrato una guida molto preparata, oltre ad un ottimo compagno di viaggio. Per viaggiatori di solito estremamente autosufficienti come noi, ricrederci sull'idea di una guida è stata una grande sorpresa: comunicazione in inglese ottima, simpatia e uno sguardo esperto sul paese hanno reso indimenticabile la nostra esperienza nella bellissima Armenia. Consigliatissimo :)
