You need competent drivers. We waited 45 minutes just to find out he was parked outside the whole time, never going into the hotel to see who he was taking on the tour.
Further, his driving skills were awful…stepped on the gas to just to stop within a few seconds. When we were driving he stopped for a cigarette break while we watched him from the car. On several occasions he lit up a cigarette while driving. My wife was worried on his getting sleepy and make a loud noise to wake him, he wasn’t asleep but head filling forward as sleep wasn’t far off.
You need to provide water for the passengers as well as the driver, there was none on board. Again, in one place he stopped to get a drink of water in a village water bubbler.
Come on, as a tour group your operation can do better.

Fantastic journey into the history, geopolitics and culinary culture. Amazing country and vista. Thanks to tour guide Miriam and driver Allekiel (sp.?) this 14 hour day will count among my top travel experiences.

An amazing tour, well organized and we were lucky to get Gor as our guide who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work! Highly recommended Skyline as we used their services multiple times while in Yerevan.. shoutout to Gevorg who helped us throughout!

The Skyline tour service is the best in Yerevan. The drivers are super professional, the cars are clean, and fully equipped. I highly recommend to use Skyline your service whenever you are in Armenia.

Received an excellent service; special thanks to driver cum guide David who showed us all the important monuments/ places in Armenia and he was a great help. Moreover David’s vehicle was very clean and well maintained.
