Run down facilities, pool has missing tiles everywhere, the sanitary area and toillets are dirty. Many machines in the fitness area are broken or have relevant parts missing. The staff is unfriendly. I don't recommend this place. There are better and cheaper places in Phnom Penh.

Last time I went there today. Few days after I purchased my last 10 entries card, the club closed for 2 weeks, but they would not extend the card validity. Been a customer for 18 months. Staff have always been terribly unfriendly.
The pool is good (although too much chlorine). Sport room is not too clean. Sauna is not hot, cold bath is 18 celsius.

I only went to the gym but it was awful. I doubt it has been cleaned in weeks if at all. Tiles in the workout space are broken. There are mirrored columns throughout that are all shattered. There was rotten food sitting around with bugs eating it, empty food containers scattered about, and lots of bugs and spiders all over the walls/ceiling. It looked like there might be mold in the walls. Some of the equipment was not working properly. The dumbbells were scattered everywhere. All of that sucked, but then there is an empty room to use for rope drills/running/cardio. The tiles were super slick and felt almost oiled, so I ended up falling while running. Thankfully I was not hurt too bad, but if a child or elderly person had done so it could have been much worse. I would never recommend coming here, which is unfortunate because there are a lot of machines and options if it were kept cleaned and maintenance was kept up. Would attach lots of pictures but the website does not accept the type that my phone took for some reason.

Super fin SportsClub.
Stor pool, med fokus på omgange, men man kan sagtens bade der, hvis man som os, ikke har pool på hotellet.
Træningscenter med mange maskiner til det ene og det andet. INGEN løs vægtstang til bænkpres, squad.
Håndvægte er i den lave ende, hvor maks kg er 20kg.
‘Spaområdet’ er for de hårde bananer med den varme jacuzzi på 43grader, som er kogende(ihvertfald for de fleste vestlige) Kan ikke huske temperaturen på den kolde jacuzzi, men det var ihvertfald rigtig koldt. Sauna og dampbad findes også, og det er som man finder det alle andre steder.
Man har privat brusekabine når man går i bad, inklusiv shampoo og ørerensere er også at finde.
Personalet er flinke, og man får udleveret håndklæde og et skab til at låse sine værdigenstande inde.
Vi besøgte 4-5 gange under vores besøg til Phnom Phen.

Good place but entry fee a bit expensive since they changed the price.
I found the Jaccuzi too much hot. Where you would find 36-37 degrees in Europe, they have it at 42-43 degrees here, making it hardly bearable, but maybe that is the way they enjoy it.
Otherwise place is big, good pool for exercize and one towel and lockers included.

Dear wifey wanted to find a place to play table tennis whilst in every locale of our trip, so for Phnom Penh we ended up here.
The place is a little shabby (nothing unusual in Cambodia) and some of the equipment needs replacement, however given the cost of entry is low and the amount of facilities great, then who cares.
Overall the Club offers a significant array of activities and incorporates a large gym, great swimming area, large canteen and full-on restaurant, Sauna, massage, aerobics and more.
The wife loved the table tennis which is what it was all about, while I spent a lot of time in the main pool.
